Monthly Rentals in Costa Teguise

We highly recommend the apartment! The location is really excellent: the place itself is pleasantly quiet and not crowded like other places on the island. At the same time, the apartment is very centrally located – a supermarket directly opposite, numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity and a bakery right in the house, ideal for a cozy breakfast. A large parking space is right in front of the apartment. A small staircase leads to the apartment on the 1st floor. It is just 200 meters slightly downhill to the beach promenade. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, very neat and offers just the right size. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Especially nice: from the first floor you even have a small sea view on the horizon due to the elevated location. The only small drawback was the very weak water pressure in the shower. Still clear recommendation!

I highly recommend this apartment for stays in Costa Teguise. We felt very much at home in the apartment and it had everything you would need for a very comfortable stay however long or short. Excellent hosts, super responsive and very helpful. The apartment is in a perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, bus stops, taxi ranks etc. I will definitely stay again on my next visit to Lanzarote. Thank you to the hosts!

The coolest accommodation in the Canary style. Huge, bright, the living room is just incredible. Located in a central location , close to restaurants, the sea, the embankment, but still very quiet. Magnificent courtyard, my little son slept there in the afternoon. When we come, we will only stay there

As always our stay was great… the apartment has everything you need, is close to bars, restaurants and the beach, and has amazing views of the sea and bay… I would definitely recommend…
