Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Aveiro District

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. Highlight was the unbelievable views from the pool and terrace. The villa and garden with pool & basketball/football court is completely private, perfect for small groups. There are some great local restaurants and river beaches, and Porto centre is only a short drive away. Be warned - there are lots of steep and narrow roads! João was a brilliant host - greeting us on arrival, and easy to reach throughout. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Amazing property and view. We had a terrific time. The property worked great for our group. Best sunset! Marco and his crew were extremely responsive. Driving in the Douro Valley is not for the faint of heart. We had a ball!

The house was exactly like the photographs. From the time of booking to check-out, D. Adelaide was an excellent host, always available and attentive. The amenities were very comfortable and every corner of the house surprised us with the positive, with details thought out in detail to ensure the well-being and comfort of all. The reception by D. Gloria was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the welcome cake... was simply divine! Definitely an experience to repeat.

I felt at my own home. The hosts were super friendly and reachable, really present when needed and helpful. The house is beautiful and clean, ample, functional, and peaceful at night. I hadn’t been before in so complete place at airbnb specially due to the wonderful matching hosts and house.

Beautiful, clean, calm and quiet space. From the house, to the garden, to the pool and the magnificent unobstructed view, everything is wonderful. I recommend it 500%. Ideal for a family vacation, with peace and quiet. Spectacular.

The location is really fantastic, although you can't go to sleep before midnight on weekends in fine weather. The hustle and bustle on the promenade sometimes goes on until the early hours of the morning.

The space is very comfortable and pleasant, we had a great stay. But what stands out is the kindness of the host. Luciene and her husband were very responsive and available. They make our stay in the city even more special.

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Several windows gave great views of the gondolas on the canal. Light filled the apartment during tne day but highly effective blackout blinds made sleeping at night a pleasure. We didn't have a car but everything was within walking distance. Walking back and forth to the train station took about 20 minutes each way. The bus stop to catch the public bus to the beach at Costa Nova is just a short walk from the apartment. Both Ely and Fatima were friendly, responsive and helpful. We would love to return some day.

The apartment corresponds 100% to the description, is very clean, spacious and lacks nothing. The location is great, in the middle of the colorful fishermen's cottages, incl. free parking at your doorstep. A great place to stay that we would like to highly recommend. Thank you Carlos, for preparing the port wine and the ovos moles!

Everything was perfect, Manuel was very polite and gave us directions when we arrived, and everything was as advertised. The village is very quiet but has everything you need and easy access to larger cities.

Everything looked very new and worked, we only stayed 1 night and the central location was good. Being able to get in using codes worked well

The apartment is spacious and located in a prime area, just across from the beach. Plenty of good restaurants, cafes, and pastry shops within walking distance. The host was very responsive and quick to address any questions. Only two sets of bath towels were provided for two guests staying eight nights. An additional set of towels would have been helpful.

Diana was an amazing host. Her communication was quick and polite. I had a flight delay and arrived a day late and she was very accommodating. The house was modern and spotless. There are some fantastic local restaurants near to the flat. The sea is very close. I fear this will become a very popular flat in the future and one will need to book along time in advance. Andreina was very helpful, the apartment is clean and cozy, the location is fantastic for those who want to spend a quiet day and close to the hot springs, the walkway in front of the apartment and along the river is very beautiful and pleasant as well as the pool right next to it, which is huge and well treated and with a very pleasant water temperature for children.

We had a very nice stay at Rosa's apartment. There was nothing missing. The kitchen is superbly equipped. The view of the ocean is simply breathtaking.

Ana is a very friendly host. She gave clear instructions about how to get to the appartment and always answered my questions. The appartment was very nice and clean. It is located at walking distance from the ferry to Aveiro.

Hello André, Thank you for everything. The apartment is very good, it has a very spacious terrace, although the views are not very good, you can only see four rolls. Very nice touch to leave all the apps and games installed on the TV, they were a great help! Another detail to note are the good local buns and desserts, very tasty. On the other hand, there was no good night or day atmosphere, who am I kidding (well, some Darth Vader out there). Another thing to improve is the modernization of the front door. Overall, chilling, chilling in the milling.

Place was ideal for my family and I to stay. Great hosts, communicated very well with us. Place was very neat. I will come back!!
