Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Ave Maria

I recently stayed at Eric’s Airbnb and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just like the pictures. The location was ideal: tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything I needed—shops, restaurants, and some great local attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept better than I had in weeks. Communication with the host was seamless. Eric was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would absolutely book again and recommend this place.

This was our favorite Airbnb yet. The house and grounds were beautiful. There was something for everyone from 2 years old to 72. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Romy was proactive and checked on us but the setup was so well executed we wanted for nothing. We saw iguanas, owls, and bunnies. Sunsets were beautiful. The pool area had space for all. We will be back!

Great location, 10-15min to the beach and great neighborhood! House is very clean, the amenities are excellent, we spent all the time from the beach to the pool to the beach and back. We felt right at home! Great find, Dave was very communicative and friendly, thanks again for hosting us!

The house was beautiful and had a great layout! Everything you may need was available. I am a bit of a neat freak and had no worries walking into this house. It was very clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all!! Terry was very helpful with all instructions and recommendations. You definitely don’t want to miss this diamond in the rough!!

Chris' place was nothing short of amazing. The neighborhood is very quaint and walkable, and the house itself is exactly like the pics, but better. It was incredibly clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of pool towels and toys. The rooms all have sleep number beds which are very comfortable and the primary suite is HUGE. The covered and enclosed lanai was very spacious and there were many different seating options. The pool and spa were clean and I loved being able to control the spa from the tablet. Chris was also super responsive in the app and was accommodating for our group switching the dates of our trip. I stayed here twice in 3 weeks, once with family and once with a girls trip and there is plenty of space and privacy for everyone. I would not hesitate to book Chris' place again and again!

Nuestra estadía en casa de Neno fue excelente. La casa totalmente equipada con muchos detalles que exceden a un Airbnb. Mucha calidez, calidad y comfort en cada ambiente. El Jacuzzi y la BBQ en el jardín fue increíble. Su seguimiento con completa y clara información tanto para el check in como el check out hicieron estos procesos sumamente sencillos. Quedamos muy agradecidos y definidamente sería nuestra opción en caso de visitar nuevamente Naples.

Loved our family vacation! Highly recommend staying here! The house was beautiful and the pool/hot tub was a favorite! The beds were also very comfortable! Loved how peaceful the canal was! We can’t wait to visit the area again!! Thank you Sebastian!!

Tracy was an excellent host. Super helpful and very responsive. House was spotless when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Location was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The family loved the pool/hot tub and the gazebo on the water. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

This was our second stay at this location, and it was great again! We did have a couple of issues when we first got there, but they were resolved quickly and all of the maintenance staff that came were so kind and polite. Can’t ask for much more than that!

There aren’t enough characters to detail all the positives about this place. It was so clean, peaceful, well laid out, comfortable, furnished well to cook there and enjoy the stay. Very nice table and chairs to eat out by the pool. The house guide book was very helpful. Very much appreciated the bathroom off the pool. Everything was in working order. Extremely well stocked. The host is the best we have worked with. If there was a rating higher than 5, I would give it. We have already booked for next year.

The house we reserved was better than expected and everything was immaculate. Neil, the property manager responded right away when we called about a broken vaccum cleaner. Excellent response time and very professional. Unfortunately a thunderstorm damaged the AC and it couldn't be fixed right away, but Sean moved us right away to an even larger house. He even reimbursed us a day for our having to move and the night without AC. We definitely would rent from Sean again.

Beautiful house and was very clean, great instructions. The outside area was fun and begged you to be there with its fun pool and seating areas. Christina was very prompt with any questions we had. Absolutely no concerns about staying here again. Thanks for the use of your house!

We had a great stay with our family. Our grandchildren had a great time with all the toys for the pool and beach. We were 3 couples with 2 little kids and had plenty of space. It was a short drive to restaurants. We did day trips to Sanibel and Naples and even had time to visit the outlets. All were less than an hour away. Our hosts responded to questions in a timely manner. They made sure to have plenty of items available to use for our beach days. The wagon and tent were a plus since it was pretty hot.

Wir durften zwei Wochen in der Villa Egretta verbringen und sind absolut begeistert. Wir verbringen schon seit vielen Jahren unsere Familienurlaube in Florida und haben schon etliche schöne Ferienvillen in Cape Coral, Naples, Bradenton erleben können. Pete‘s Villa hat uns so überzeugt, dass wir sie in unserem Ranking auf Platz 1 setzen. 😊 Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass Pete ein toller Gastgeber ist, bei dem man sich einfach nur super aufgehoben fühlt. Ansonsten guckt euch doch die Bilder vom Haus an…es ist genau so und noch viel schöner, wenn man dann vor Ort ist.

We love this home so much we returned for a second year in a row. It's just perfect for our family. Some highlights: • The lanai with pool, spa, and water view of the canal is a lovely space. We ate all our meals out there and spent most of our time there. The spacious dock with tiki hut and more seating is great for hanging out, too, and offers easy access for kayaking the canal. • The home's layout features 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, giving everyone lots of space and privacy. The 4th bedroom features bunkbeds, a sweet little space for kids. Everything is in pristine condition. Also all one level, great if anyone has mobility issues. • Hosts Marco and Sandra were responsive, friendly, and nice to work with. • The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Publix & good restaurants are within a 10-minute drive. • You can get to Ft. Myer's beach in about 30 min, Pine Island in about 20 minutes, and Sanibel in about 45 minutes. We'd gladly come back!

What a lovely quiet neighborhood. Just what I was looking for. The house was well appointed with furniture and kitchen accoutrements. The towels and linens were lovely. The decor very much a modern beach theme. The propane tank for the grill was empty however I found a full one in the garage. Bravo! There were beach chairs in the garage and a cooler also. It would have been nice to know that. Could I have parked in the garage? A few take aways. The lock on the door doesn’t work for you until after the 4pm check-in time unless you pay extra. If you leave earlier than the checkout time however there is no refund. The hot tub was not heated however in 90 degree heat it may be protocol to not heat it. It would have been nice to have a heads up when services were to be performed on the property such as grass cutting, pest control, and pool cleaning. The facts that all these things were taken care of was a fabulous benefit! I loved staying in this home! I would rent it again!
