Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Avante

We loved spending a week at Vicente's place! It was a short walk to the main square and bustling areas of Coyoacán, but far enough away to be a quiet and calm area. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for 4 of us (the top bedroom gets too warm to sleep in if the weather is hot; we ended up all sleeping in the lower two bedrooms which worked out fine!) Vicente and Beatriz were very accommodating and flexible during our time there. We would highly recommend staying in Coyoacán and appreciating all it has to offer!

What a gorgeous apartment, we loved staying here during our three days in CDMX. The space is tastefully decorated and well appointed. A 24-hour doorman made us feel safe and we had an easy time getting around town. We love the neighborhood too, there’s a great bakery right on the corner.

I had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was definitely the view—it was absolutely stunning and made the space feel even more special. Check-in was smooth, and everything I needed was available. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and relaxing place to stay.

The airbnb is just as in the pictures, very spacious and tasteful with beautiful furniture and plants. Looking out the window you are in a canopy of trees. It's on a busy main street, but a very short walk from the peaceful side streets and parks you may want to explore. Pablo is a great host; very responsive, helpful, nice and accommodating!

Great place! Very friendly staff and close to plaza universidad mall and Coyoacán. I would definitely book next time.

A large and functional house. The perfect garden to relax at the beginning of the day. Everything was excellent.

I admit that at first I had my doubts, but in the end the place really IMPRESSED me. It's a very large place, with many areas where you can spend time. It has several amenities for entertainment. The rooms are very cozy, comfortable and with a very nice view. The host was always attentive to my questions and was very clear in his answers. I would definitely go back to this spot.

This was a beautiful place to stay at! Very walkable neighborhood with so much to see, to do & to eat! The check-in process was easy & simple. It was very convenient that each bedroom had its own bathroom & privacy— that’s what really caught our attention to first book. Valeria & her team of hosts were very responsive! We appreciated the quick communication. Definitely recommend & would return again! Loved everything!

The most beautiful artistic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Every room had a different vibe and there was so much beautiful art and books to look at. The house is so well designed and has so much character! The hosts were super helpful, kind, flexible and communicative. We loved every part of our stay! We stayed for a medical emergency, and we were able to do it the same day we booked. We always got quick and friendly responses to certain requests. The complex has very clear rules, which makes living together easier in general. Despite being a building with many apartments, we used the pool without any problems. Having the shopping mall across the street makes things much easier. It's a ten out of ten.

Such an amazing stay! Fantastic location, Judit was very responsive and allowed us to check in an hour earlier. She knew we needed lockers for checkout and was extremely proactive and letting us know. The place was near all the restaurants and bars we wanted to checkout and in a safe neighborhood. Space was just like photos and very clean!

The room is exactly as shown in the photos, I had a great time, everything was very clean and the service was great, I would definitely come back

Great stay! Would recommend. Much rather stay here than in the touristy areas plus you have security 24/7 which was so nice. Definitely worth the price and it’s a prime location! Blocks away from Bellas artes and Chinatown. Pharmacy right around the corner with food stands. Also, lots of windows but the building next door is abandoned! If you can, stay here!
