Monthly Rentals in Avalon

Great stay! Definitely recommend, stayed here alongside my family and it was more than I could ask for. We felt right at home it was so peaceful. It was a bit of an incline walk but doable. Super close to main walkway at Avalon and very private. Would book again for sure!

Blake is great host. Easy to communicate and quick response. House is clean and has balcony with beautiful view. And having golf cart he let us use was really helpful, we used for going to town and going around the island scenic route.

Sandcastle Cottage, what a delightful place! The environment is Key West meets Maui. With a rustic feel of Ernest Hemingway and the quirky shabby sheek decor of grandma's house, this quaint little home offers enough space to enjoy some privacy while allowing nice spaces for family time. You'll enjoy all of the sights and sounds of Catalina. Only steps away from the action, restaurants, spa and the Avalon Bay. It's totally worth it!

This unit within Hamilton Cove has been our best vacation yet. The views from the balcony were stunning. The entire unit felt clean and was very spacious for me and my now wife. The golf kart was a plus - it was a short 5-8 minute ride into downtown. Hosts were responsive. Definitely will be coming back to stay here again!!
