Villa vacation rentals in Avalon

We already miss the plush bedding and pillows! As soon as you walk in the house the smell was just so so good! For me that’s a winner! My family and I enjoyed our stay. We will definitely love to stay at Kristie’s again. Thank you!

We were celebrating my mom’s 80th birthday. Girls trip. The place was amazing! So very beautiful. The furnishings,like the dining table and table in the living room also the headboards in both bedrooms were spectacular! The views were awesome from every room. Our local contact person was Ana and she was very helpful during our stay, especially the night we locked ourselves out on the patio!! She rushed right over and was very nice to us , when she could’ve been irritated with our interruption of her evening. But she greeted us with a beautiful smile and kindness. The location is great, we liked being the short distance from the main shopping and restaurants. It was just a short golf cart ride to get there, but far enough away to feel relaxing and peaceful at the day’s end. All in all we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Im so glad I found it

First and foremost, Anna is an incredible communicator. We greatly appreciate that as we booked last minute and she was able to get us set up. She’s so understanding and quick to help out. The place was clean and just as explained. Awesome stay at an awesome resort. Definitely going to stay at her place again.

Great place! Clean and tastefully decorated. Many little extras provided to make you feel like you’re at home (coffee filters, beach towels, and even some snacks)! The complex pool is nice, uncrowded and only steps away. Great instructions on everything from this super responsive host. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you!

I had a great stay! I booked the villas for a smaller grad celebration for the night. Sara was very accommodating for our plans and quick to respond. The property was great, even better than the photos. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. It was the perfect night retreat!

Ying was extremely easy to work with and so communicative. She truly understood the needs of my family. Will definitely stay with her again!

It's my second staying at Melany's...you can't beat the location and the size of the place. The living room might benefit from a rug, and I wasn't able to get the TV to work, but overall this was pretty minor and I didn't have a chance to let her know. Most of the time we were out enjoying the beach and that was great!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and organized. Had all the “ extras” needed for a family getaway.

Wow- we stayed here with 12 people for a relay race in HB. And it accommodated us perfectly. Everyone was saying how huge and great the place was! We were so close to the bars in HB too.

Fantastic stay! Views were incredible. Casita was clean and very comfortable. Felt like home. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beth's property far exceeds expectations - I believe it is the best spot in an already awesome luxury resort. I would definitely recommend to others and plan on visiting again next year!

Anna was amazing! Very communicative. On Terranea side - housekeeping missed a broken glass (?!) on the edge of the tub. And we did not get early check in sadly - we knew it was not guaranteed, but unit was empty at 12 and despite Terranea saying they were working it, we did not get in until official check in at 4pm. But unit was terrific!

Beautiful views! Perfect spot at the resort. Highly recommend!
