Very quaint and cozy. Great location, so close to south Bayfront. Has everything you need. Our host was great.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! We particularly enjoyed using the front patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee, while having the ambiance of the beach town. It was always sweet when people walking by would say good morning or just talk about the joys of the weather that day. This spot was also super close to the beach and we really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and go back home within minutes. The proximity to a grocery store and dining options was also perfect.

Susan place is fantastic. Extremely comfortable and clean, in a great location. She was able to accommodate us last minute, and was such a great communicator. Would recommend to all!

This was our second year in a row renting this place, and I'd have no hesitation to rent it again. Perfect location, as everything you need is within a few blocks. We didn't even bother renting a car. Massive kitchen for meals in, or plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The house has plenty of room and is well stocked with linens, towels, and plenty of toys, chairs, coolers, for a great time at the beach. Me and my wife turned Katherine’s home into our home for the weekend and we couldn’t have been more grateful we chose this house. It was VERY beautiful and is kept in great condition. The host made sure everything was provided and throughly explained. The space worked AMAZING for anyone looking to entertain family and friends. We found out the house is well known in the neighborhood for its beautiful Christmas lights from several neighbors. We were extremely honored to represent this house for a few days, and would highly recommend to anyone visiting seal beach/ Long Beach.

Holly's place was just as described. We really appreciated how clean everything was and how functional each area was setup. My daughter especially liked the kids room on the top floor. The garage had plenty of towels, cooler, and toys for the beach which the kids absolutely loved. This was definitely one of our favorite places, and we'd absolutely stay here again next time we're visiting this area.

Great stay! There is everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. Pam was so helpful and had lots of good suggestions. The location was perfect. Just a block and a half from the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. Bed was super comfy and the space was perfect. Didn’t use the patio much but that also was a nice addition. Will def be staying again!!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless—everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The location was incredibly convenient, close to everything we needed with easy access to restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great. The design and furnishings were modern and stylish, and the amenities went above and beyond—from a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

Such a cute place ! The private patio area was really nice. It was also great having a garage to park in. Long Beach is infamous for parking so having a guaranteed spot is such a plus. There's also so many great places to eat near by. I highly recommend Jesse's place if you are going to Long Beach.

Wonderful spot. Quiet and peaceful. Easy access to highways/amusement parks. Walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend if you are planning to stay in the area.

Such a great space to stay on the beach! The apartment was clean & the beds so comfy. The location is just hop around the house to the beachfront. Plenty of beach supplies in the garage, no need to bring anything. Check in and check out is easy. Restaurants & shopping are all walkable. Great stay!

The house was the perfect place for our family of 8 to stay! We had a range of ages from teens to older adults and every one said it was the best Airbnb we have gotten. Ron was very accommodating and responsive. The location was incredible with main street Balboa just steps away! Every morning we all walked down for breakfast and groceries and every evening for treats! The layout of the house was perfection with a door to close off the bedrooms from the rest of the house. Despite construction occurring all around (which we were told about months in advance), Ron communicated all necessary details and suggestions for a comfortable stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and linens were top notch. All around an incredible weekend as we celebrated our daughter’s wedding! We will definitely be staying again.

We loved our stay at Roya’s home. First, the home is lovely and is in an amazing area. We loved how walkable it was to coffee shops, restaurants, a grocery store, etc. The outside patio with the fire pit and the large amount of seating was great. My husband and I were with our 2 daughters (ages 24 and 27) and their spouse and significant other. The 3 bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom was perfect. Personally we loved that the lights turned off (only during the daytime and only after 2 hours). Seems like a great way to conserve some energy if they aren’t needed and if they are needed it is easy enough to turn them back on. I would love to have them in our home! We also enjoyed the tile throughout the updated, upscale home. So much easier to keep clean. We found Roya to be very helpful and leave very detailed instructions. We also loved the local art she had on the 2nd floor. It truly is a lovely home in a great area. I recommend it highly and can’t wait to return.

Such a great location, he usually stay around this area for our family trips to CDM and this was gold.

Betty’s home was perfect, especially the jacuzzi. We spent a day at the amusement park and soaking in the jacuzzi helped so much with my arthritic bones. The backyard had trees with oranges on them, and a birds nest in the satellite dish which I’m pretty sure had eggs in it. The 3 full bathrooms was a wonder when multiple people need to get ready and the beds were cozy and comfy. Kitchen had the amenities she offers and is so beautiful. Mind you there are tons of cameras around the outside of the house which adds extra safety. I would definitely stay again.

The owner was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, went beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, providing helpful recommendations and being available whenever needed. Her hospitality truly made my stay special. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host.
