Monthly Rentals in Avallon

We were hosted very well despite our very late arrival. Small house furnished and decorated with excellent taste. We immediately felt very good there. Recommended.

We had a great stay. Were only passing through for two nights but you can definitely stay longer 😍 in the apartment there is so much to discover, that alone is a highlight! We also particularly liked the location right in the old town. Marc was always available and communication was great.

Elegant place, full of character, in prime location. Small minus: hard bed and no soundproofing in bathroom (open roof so sound reaches rest of studio). Clean and cosy.

This cottage is perfect for all types of stays, long or short. Located a 5-minute walk from the historic center. The owners are on site if needed (but very discreet), very friendly and available. A beautiful discovery.
