Vacation rentals with beach access in Portimão

Jonathan was a great host. Super responsive and communicative. The location is close enough to all the bars and restaurants to walk in minutes but far enough to have some quiet. The outdoor terrace was great and the whole place was clean and comfortable. We made a mistake and locked the keys in the bedroom on accident and as to get them retrieved so keep them with you at all times in case the wind blows the door closed. We’d definitely stay again!

Merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement à Portimao!! L’endroit était parfait!! La vue de l’appartement, la distance de la plage, le boardwalk avec les boutiques et les restaurants, tout étaient magnifique! Il y a des épiceries très proches! Une place de stationnement privée rend le tout hyper simple! On a adoré, on recommande x1000 et on risque de y retourner un jour!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment , clean, and beautyfully maintained apartment. It’s locaties in a lovely neighborhood, just a short walk from shops and restaurants. The beach is only a minute away -such a perfect spot! Highly recommend. Tip: there’s a great breakfast place just around the corner -we ate there every morning!

Schöne und moderne Wohnung. Es war alles sauber und einwandfrei. Die Kommunikation mit Jonathan war super und unkompliziert. Es wird eine Informationsbroschüre per Whats app zugesendet mit Empfehlung. Zum Beispiel Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Markt, verschiedene Restaurants, Freizeitaktivitäten, Spital, usw... Es fehlt an nichts und war für uns als Paar Perfekt. Vielen Dank Jonathan für deine Support, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The nearby “strip” gets a little noisy in the evening but nothing serious. Everything you could possibly need for a stay in Portimao. And Catia was very responsive whenever I had a question.

Amazing view from the 21st floor, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a lot our time there.

Probably the loveliest and cutest holiday rental I have stayed in - actually wished we could have spend more down time in the flat, but there is just a lot to do in Algarve! Everything looks just like in the pictures and Carlos and Eileen have thought of everything guests might need. The highlight is definitely the green garden with the outdoor bathtub. The kitchen is also really well equipped. Carlos and Eileen provided an incredibly detailed virtual guide, which included instructions on how everything works in the flat (including video instructions on how to operate the coffee machine, blinds, etc), as well as loads of great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The bed is up below the ceiling, so it does get a little bit hotter there than in the rest of the flat, but with the aircon (which worked well and pretty quietly) it's totally fine.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in Alvor! Francisca ist eine großartige Gastgeberin – herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen und mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt sind. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders toll fanden wir die bereitgestellten Spielsachen, Strandutensilien wie Schirme, Stühle und Buddelsachen – perfekt für unseren Urlaub mit Kind. Die Strände in Alvor sind wunderschön, ideal zum Baden, Spielen und Entspannen. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten – unsere Tochter war begeistert vom Dino Minigolf! Die Ferienanlage selbst bietet alles, was man braucht: Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine angenehme, familiäre Atmosphäre. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben zwei Tage im Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt und wir konnten viel zu Fuß erledigen. Ferragudo und seine Umgebung ist eine Reise wert. Ricardo und Priscila waren sehr bemüht und sehr gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Exceptional location in Old Town Lagos! Sarah was incredibly communicative! As the description points out, there is no air conditioning, but Sarah gives pointers as to how to keep the place cool. Also, the entry stairs are a bit steep so be warned if you have large luggage. You’re literally minutes from restaurants and bars and there is an exceptional coffee shop just down the block. The place is a gem—felt very local!!

Our stay at Casa Bombarda was the highlight of our trip—both the unit and Lagos completely exceeded our expectations. The home is absolutely beautiful, with three stunning outdoor spaces, including a rooftop patio where we enjoyed ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. Luis was a fantastic host—great with communication, full of helpful recommendations, and always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and cleaning, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location is ideal: a short walk to the heart of old town and close to amazing restaurants, shops, and beaches. Casa Bombarda went well above and beyond what we hoped for. We’ll always remember our time here and will be recommending it to everyone we know!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mónica and Carlo’s place! We were so close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There was so much to do within a few minutes walk. The house was even better than the pictures and Monica and Carlo’s reached out throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, great house and hosts. Would love to come back again!

This place was great! The location was close to everything, 4 min walk to the city center. It was very clean and felt just like home. We had a car, so parking in front of the apartment was also easy. Sónia was very kind and friendly. She made sure to come and meet us in person to welcome us. She answered all her messages very quickly and provided us with great recommendations. I highly recommend staying here!!

Great friendly hosts who really made sure that we felt at home. Location is perfect - right by the beach. Easy drive to nearby grocery store and town centre. Home was very spacious and had a beautiful window. Enjoyed the stay.

Le logement était impeccable avec tout le nécessaire ! La literie est comme neuve. Cet appartement est vraiment agréable avec la terrasse qui ne gâche rien :) Possibilité de se garer facilement dans les rues environnantes. Edilene est une hôte très réactive et très agréable. We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Paulo’s place is a good apartment for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was located outside but still close to touristic areas, restaurants etc. You can easily spend more than a week here. His space was spacious and well-equipped place. We enjoyed ourselves and can recommend! :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Ana’s place. The location is perfect! Beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores are all just minutes away by foot. It’s also centrally located within the Algarve region, so if you have a rental car, you can plan on all kinds of amazing things to do and places to see. Her place also has some extras that made our stay perfect…a water cooler for refilling water bottles, a washing machine and a separate dryer, a soft-sided cooler with ice packs, beach towels, and a view of the ocean! Ana is an excellent host! She answered any and all questions quickly. We can’t wait to go back in the future!

Es war eine bezaubernde Unterkunft. Sie war groß für zwei Personen und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía. El departamento es cómodo, bien equipado y está ubicado en un excelente sector. Además, Eurico fue muy amable y siempre estuvo atento ante cualquier consulta o necesidad. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos felices. ¡Gracias por todo!

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!!
