Équipements utilisable toute l'année : Grand Spa Jacuzzi couvert T° réglable de 30° à 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrasse sans vis à vis. Piscine de 14 mètres avec cascade massante chauffée de début mai à fin octobre. L'eau du spa est changée entre chaque location pour une hygiène parfaite. Location strictement limitée à 2 adultes et 2 enfants (aucuns invités ne sont autorisés)

It's a 1 hour drive from Toulouse airport, 100 mins from Bordeaux airport, 2 hours from Bergerac airport and is perfectly placed for visitors to the medieval towns, markets, villages, views, and attractions of the legendary south west of France.

The beautiful village of Lectoure is only 10mins drive away, with all its commerce, restaurants, bars and a weekly market. There is also a large supermarket only 8 minutes drive away.

You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. During your stay, you can enjoy the park and its century-old trees, as well as the various shaded terraces. Welcome to Nérac!
