It's a 1 hour drive from Toulouse airport, 100 mins from Bordeaux airport, 2 hours from Bergerac airport and is perfectly placed for visitors to the medieval towns, markets, villages, views, and attractions of the legendary south west of France.

Facilities that can be used all year round: Large covered hot tub, temperature adjustable from 30° to 4°, steam room, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14-meter pool with heated massaging waterfall from early May to late October. The spa water is changed between each rental for perfect hygiene. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests allowed)

90m2 cottage with 2 bedrooms at the ends each with toilet, shower. In the center, an open kitchen that divides a relaxation area on its right (TV, sofa) and a dining room on its left. Back, dishwasher, washing machine. In front, the equipped covered terrace will allow you to eat out. At 3 meters, the pool is surrounded by beautiful palm trees. You'll feel like you're in the tropics! Behind, a petanque court, and a beautiful field to unwind.

The "Chouette" loft

Adjacent to our house, the "nice" loft (40 m²) welcomes you to a farm that has become a cool and friendly place to live. Wooden loft ideal for nature lovers (animals, pond, woods). Sheets and towels provided despite the message when you book bug! Toilet and bathroom separated by a partition but everything else is designed as a loft with curtains between the 2 sleeping areas and the kitchen area! This loft is exclusively reserved for you...!

We offer a studio with a bedroom and a bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate an additional person. There is also a bathroom, toilet, living room with TV and kitchen. A large green space with barbecue, petanque court and swimming pool awaits you. You can also hike in the surrounding woods and visit famous places. Located not far from the highway, 5 minutes from Golfech and 20 minutes from Agen.

This unusual cabin offers you real comfort, with a beautiful wooden terrace overlooking the forest. A summer kitchen with barbecue, fridge and plancha available.
