Nice 2-room at the Gîte des Érables

The Gîte des Érables, property under outdoor video surveillance system. The wooded property is located a short walk from the Canal du Midi and thus Lake Bergon. There is a large pool to share to enjoy the sunny days. The municipality of Lamagistère is located 15 km from Agen -47-. Nearby you will find many shops, restaurants as well as the Walygator amusement park 20 min away. The nearest train station is less than 1 km from the property.

Private Spa, not overlooked, Jacuzzi Sky House Agen

The entire accommodation, spa, sauna, hammam, terrace and pool is not shared with other people. Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14 meter swimming pool with heated massage waterfall from early May to end of October. The spa water is changed between each rental for perfect hygiene. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests allowed)

Adjacent to our house, the "nice" loft (40 m²) welcomes you on a farmhouse that has become a cool and friendly living space. Wooden loft ideal for nature lovers (animals, pond, wood). Towel linens provided despite the message when you book bug! Toilet and bathroom separated by a partition but everything else is designed as a loft with curtains between the 2 night corners and the kitchen corner! This loft is exclusively for you...!

Guest house with beautiful setting

We offer a studio with one bedroom and a bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate an extra person. You will also have a bathroom, toilet, living room with TV and kitchen. A large green space with barbecue, pétanque court and pool awaits you. You can also enjoy nearby woods for a hike and visit famous places. Located not far from the highway, 5 minutes from Golfech and 20 minutes from Agen.

Comfortable treehouse

This unusual cabin offers real comfort, with a beautiful wooden terrace overlooking the forest. A summer kitchen with barbecue, fridge and plancha available. The owners' pool is available from June to the end of September and is private for guests from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dogs are accepted under certain conditions, please contact us before confirming your reservations. Perched in the canopy of a forest overlooking a wild valley, this comfortable cabin equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom with dry toilet is perfectly suited to nature lovers or anyone looking for tranquility. STRICTLY NO SMOKING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE AND NO CANDLES. Absolutely none. Instead, we provide flameless, battery-operated candles for you to use.

Family and cozy country house.

This comfortable and spacious house, located between Gers and Tarn-Garonne, will offer you the quietness of the countryside close to all amenities, to spend pleasant family vacations. We prefer family rentals. We refuse to allow our home to be used as a venue for parties and events. These are strictly prohibited.
