Village House Rental.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Possibility to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee €40.

A few steps from the Château du Roi René, the Logis des Fées, with air conditioning, awaits you to offer you a "magical" moment. Spa, swimming pool... but no parties or noisy behavior to respect the place. A fireplace, two master suites, garden surrounded by dry stone walls make a natural setting just for you. In a 17th century house completely renovated while maintaining its authentic charm. La Flèche Zoo 15 minutes away, walk in the forest, lake between Saumur and Angers.

A hidden gem in the Loire Valley

Come and relax in this quiet house, tucked away in a small village halfway between Angers and Tours, close to the Baugé Golf Course, castles and tourist sites (Le Lude and the Flèche zoo are around twenty minutes away). Old and full of charm, our holiday home will comfortably accommodate you with 10 or (even 12 with the sofa bed in the office area) friends or family. In the evening, an aperitif is taken in front of the fireplace or outside, facing the 11th century church.

Independent accommodation (50 m2) at the crossroads of Anjou, Touraine and Sarthe and close to the Loire Valley, its castles/gardens/vineyards, La Flèche Zoo, Doué Bioparc. We look forward to hosting you at Verdelet (Mouliherne). The accommodation, in an old farmhouse, includes 1 bedroom, 1 large living room, 1 equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave grill), 1 bathroom (shower, sink, macerating toilet) and a large garden with trees, vegetable garden, orchard.

Renovated apartment in Baugeois style. Access to the apartments is completely separate from the house and is via an external staircase. The accommodation includes a bedroom, living room and bathroom. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and the charm of the 16th century house with its troglodyte cellars. NB: for dog owners there are chickens wandering in the garden. The place is great for work trips, sightseeing and visiting the La Flèche Zoo (15 min).

This accommodation, completely independent, furnished and comfortable, is perfect for a family wishing to come and spend a relaxing vacation in a quiet environment close to nature. You can discover the many cultural and sports offers. (Loire Valley castles, vineyards, La Flèche Zoo...) as well as hiking trails.
