In addition, there are 3 queen size air mattresses available. The poolside cabana outdoor living space is complete with lighting, fans and a 60” TV. The pool/hot tub is heated by a 1M BTU commercial grade Pentair natural gas heater. The 7,000 gallon pool can reach up to 104 degrees on command.

The Catalina Guesthouse is a modern, spacious, and bright 2 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space that backs up to a beautiful greenbelt area to enjoy the Austin weather. Our guesthouse was just completed in 2021 and is now ready to welcome you to Austin! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions.
