The cabin is located by Tinnsjøen lake with parking right beside it. It is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Beautiful views, plenty of sun. There is no running water in the cabin, but water tap just outside. Free wood for the wood stove. When there's frost and freezing temperatures, there's no water in the tap outside. Water must be collected from the host. Rowing boat is available for free. Refrigerator, freezer, and new bathroom are the latest additions. Hallingstugu is located on a farm in active operation with cows, sheep and garden hens. In the outdoor area there is plenty of room to ski and sled. Popular attractions nearby can be mentioned nesfjellet alpine, golf, nystølkroken cafe, langedrag nature park and endless cross-country ski trails. Everything within a few km by car.

Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

Fjellsyn is located 1110 m above sea level and is a beautiful log cabin/granary on Haugastøl, with a stunning panorama view overlooking Ustevann and Hardangervidda National Park. Hallingskarvet is seen to the North. Here the sun is from early morning to late evening. The cabin has Rallarvegen and magical Hardangervidda as the closest neighbor. There is a short distance to Geilo and Ustaoset in the east, and Hardanger in the west. The cabin has nature right outside the door, and you can use the countless trails and tracks in the area

Beautiful cabin/chalet located at the top of Vestlia in Geilo. The cabin was new in 2023 and has a high standard. Spectacular views that give you a front row seat over Geilo and Hallingskarvet. The cabin has a terrace with evening sun in the summer where you can enjoy the sunset and the view until the sun goes down. Ski in ski out with immediate proximity to the alpine resort, and prepared ski trails around Ustedalsfjorden. 5-10 minutes walk to Vestlia Resort with restaurant, spa and swimming pool. Walking distance to Geilo.

The cabin is centrally located in Austbygde which is an eldorado for trips in summer and winter. There is a short distance to Skirvedalen, where in winter there are miles of great ski slopes waiting for you. In summer there is a great swimming spot in the river nearby. There is also a short distance to Sandviken camping by Tinnsjøen which has a wide range of leisure activities. It is 30 km to Rjukan which is listed on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Here you can visit Vemork, Solspeilet, take the Krossobanen etc.

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.
