In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

In the Biscar'Ose property, in Biscarrosse Bourg in the Landes, rental of the "Cocon", charming little quiet house, rated 3* by the tourist office. Perfect for a couple, it can nevertheless accommodate 1 young child and/or 1 baby: contact us to arrange these options. We prefer to rent by the week in high season, for any other need of overnight stays (minimum 2) or weekends and public holidays, thank you to make us a request for information. La Bulle des Pins (with SPA option)

Relax in this quiet space with private entrance without overlooking neighbors and outdoor parking space. You will have the choice of having a private outdoor SPA/JACUZZI heated to 37°C (30 euros for 2 hours of use between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. or 50 euros unlimited until the next morning). For your comfort, sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. 2 welcome Tassimo coffee pods as well as tea and infusions are offered. Cleaning fees are included.

We are in border of the cycle path, in front of the tennis club. Your studio is fully equipped with all confort. On option the spa and swimming pool are accessible.
