Sandy beach and Svaberg a small stone's throw away and as the closest and only neighbor you have a gazebo with a massage chair. Welcome to our beautiful and well-equipped house on the coast of Central Norway. This idyllic property is perfect for up to eight guests who want to relax in quiet and rural surroundings. Lesund is located in Aure municipality which is well known for its nice archipelago and nice mountains with many marked hiking trails Nearby there is a coastal fort from the Second World War that has nice hiking trails, barbecue areas and a small zipline for children and young people. Lesund is located approximately halfway between Kristiansund and Trondheim with 2h each way.

The house is located on its own plot with garage, parking spaces, several outdoor spaces and here you get the most beautiful sunsets. Great opportunities for paddling from the fjord below the house. Short distance to Hopen (5 min drive) where you will find the island's shops.

Day trips to Trondheim, Kristiansund and Molde (approx. 2 hours). Grocery store and small local shopping mall about 20 minutes drive. Several well-marked hiking trails, "Støttepunkt" is a popular hiking trail where you have access to a fire pit/grill, see the view of Smøla and Hitra. Well suited for families with children, as there are terrain trails, zip-line, etc. Lots of possibilities!

The cabin is privately located surrounded by wildlife and has great hiking opportunities in the mountains and the fjord. Only a few minutes to the grocery store and the ferry connection Seivika-Tømmervåg that takes you to Kristiansund. The cabin consists of: Living room, bathroom, kitchen, hallway and 2 bedrooms. Well-equipped outdoor area and boathouse that can be used.

Speilet at Grautaneset offers a nature experience a little out of the ordinary where you can unwind and relax. There are no neighbors here, only views and nature as if from a fairy tale. Grautaneset is located at the foot of the spectacular mountain Tustnastabben. On one side you have a view of the lake, on the other side you see straight up the mountain. Bring the one you love with you on this nature experience.

Loftsleilighet

New small apartment, kitchen and living room in one, one bedroom and bathroom. There are two sofa beds in the main area and a 120 cm bed in the bedroom, so there is the possibility to sleep more people if needed for one night, but it is probably best suited for fewer people for longer stays. Here there is a wood-burning stove and a cabin atmosphere indoors, a short distance to fjords and mountains outdoors.

Nice location overlooking the fjord. Close to many nice hiking areas in the immediate area, Aure and Tustna. No access to boat or fishing opportunities right by the cabin as there are private jetties/area. Within a 3-minute walk you can bring your fishing rod and try your luck. There are also opportunities for swimming. Nice bike rides to Smøla, Tustna and in the surrounding area.
