House with a large garden, recently fully renovated exterior, newly renovated bathroom and large kitchen with pantry, the living room is partially renovated, otherwise the bedrooms and hallway are characterized by the ravages of time, and are waiting for a good coat of paint. But a pleasant house anyway. 1st floor: Kitchen, living room and a bedroom for two, single beds. 2nd floor: Bathroom with toilet and shower, 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Garden furniture is outside and barbecue is available. Harbor and Otnesbrygga right next to it.

The main house at Villsaugården was completely renovated in spring 2021 and now appears more first-class than ever! The cabin is located by the mighty archipelago of Sørsmøla. You have everything you need: Two bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. Very suitable for 4, fully possible with 6 guests. The cabin has a modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with Moccamaster coffee maker, microwave, living room, smart TV and internet. Barbecue, charcoal, outdoor furniture, fire pan and a firewood bag are included. Rowboat and life jackets can be borrowed.

Welcome to our beautiful and well-equipped house on the coast of Central Norway. This idyllic property is perfect for up to eight guests who want to relax in quiet and rural surroundings. Lesund is located in Aure municipality which is well known for its nice archipelago and nice mountains with many marked hiking trails Nearby there is a coastal fort from the Second World War that has nice hiking trails, barbecue areas and a small zipline for children and young people. Lesund is located approximately halfway between Kristiansund and Trondheim with 2h each way.

Beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Peaceful, bathing places, nice base for trips to Nordmøre, mountains and fjords. There is no boat on site. Day trips to Trondheim, Kristiansund and Molde (approx. 2 hours). Grocery store and small local shopping mall about 20 minutes drive. Several well-marked hiking trails, "Støttepunkt" is a popular hiking trail where you have access to a fire pit/grill, see the view of Smøla and Hitra. Well suited for families with children, as there are terrain trails, zip-line, etc. Lots of possibilities!

No access to boat or fishing opportunities right by the cabin as there are private jetties/area. Within a 3-minute walk you can bring your fishing rod and try your luck. There are also opportunities for swimming. Nice bike rides to Smøla, Tustna and in the surrounding area.
