At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Our accommodation (13 people max) is close to Caen (25 minutes) and the sea in a very beautiful countryside of the pre-bocage in Normandy. Easy access by car, train and airport. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.

Julie's place is lovely, well located for visiting different locations around Normandy and a beautiful area to drive around. The place itself was really well equipped and was a lovely place to stay. The terrace overlooking the garden was so peaceful and the views were lovely. We fell in love with the area and would love to come back and visit again in the future. The hosts were kind and friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in this area.
