Spacious Apartment in Historic Townhouse

We are on Capitol Hill, a short walk to the US Capitol, Supreme Court, Library of Congress and the National Mall with its iconic memorials, Smithsonian Museums and National Gallery of Art. Half a block away is Eastern Market, an historic indoor food market open 6 days a week. On the weekends it expands with outdoor farm stands and vendors selling crafts and other goods. Within blocks are many restaurants, shops and the Metro. On street parking is free, a two night stay is minimum. Thank you!

It is located within a walking distance, about 5 minutes walking, to Woodley Park Metro Station, Smithsonian's National Zoo, and many restaurants and bars. There is a separate entrance at the rear side of the house, and a parking space available near the entrance. Our place is ideal toward people staying here for work. No extra guests other than requested and no party or smoking allowed. No pet allowed.

Private entry, space into basement unit and private bathroom. Near fabulous restaurants/ bars. About 15-min. walk to Metro green line. Note: While suite is private and closed to main home, home has 2 cats—a consideration for those with allergies. Also, it’s an old, connected home with original floors, and thus not soundproof.
