A 120-m² single-story property, it has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 adults, or 4 adults and up to 4 children, 2 bathrooms, 2 half baths, a semi-separate kitchen, a 45-m² living-dining room, and a 350-m² enclosed garden with a terrace.
