Vacation rentals with a patio in Auckland Central

This was a stunning apartment in Auckland. It is very clean and very well kept. Views of the city are wonderful. It is by a lot of things, and there is plenty to do in the area. Our goal was to be close to Les Mills Auckland and it was a very short walk to there. The hosts are very responsive, helpful, and kind. We wanted to store luggage so we wouldn't have to wheel around our stuff after checkout and they provided a storage locker in the building for 6 carry-on luggage and 6 backpacks, so plenty of storage for our items. Everything felt secure and safe. Thanks for hosting us!

Rhys really helped us out when another host cancelled last minute. Place is nearly new and has all the amenities inside - including a stocked Nespresso machine. :-) Lovely and tidy, with good views. Unit has AC in each room, which is a nice bonus. Love to stay there again.

Lovely apartment. Great for two couples with ability to have privacy/space from one another when you want. We have stayed in this building a few times, and this is the best apartment we’ve had.

The accommodations are prepared with careful consideration for guests. It is located in a location with a lot to enjoy on foot.

This was a beautiful apartment decorated with great taste. It had everything we needed including the necessities and a charming gift of chocolate. It is very well located - only minutes from Britomart and the harbour with many great eating opportunities very nearby. We highly recommend and stood out as one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. Thank you Donna.

We had a lovely stay at Josh’s apartment in Ponsonby. It was close to everything, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The place was clean and tidy and we were very comfortable there. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely beautiful stay, well worth the drive. The room was stunningly beautiful with an amazing lookout onto the beach. Host was extremely friendly and communicative, we throughly enjoyed our stay. 10/10 we would definitely stay again.

This place was amazing!! Very private, peaceful, and an unmatched view of the harbor. The apartment was extremely clean and perfect for our needs. The only downside was that there wasn't free parking. There were plenty of places to park though so it wasn't an issue. Highly recommend!

To say that Janene was a 5-star host is an understatement -- she would be better described as a personal CEO -- Chief Experience Officer! She has thought of everything that one might miss about their home and she has included those "creature comforts" as part of your "home away from home." (In fact, my wife ordered some of the same bed linens and pillows to enjoy at our home back in Texas!) Janene is super friendly, proactive and responsive, and always thinking about how to add value to your stay. Her recommendations regarding things to do and places to dine in the area were spot on. Piha is a favorite for mu wife and I, but being able to experience the atmosphere of The Little Louise's added another special element to this special place on earth. We would definitely recommend this experience to anyone!

We had a great stay in this beautiful small home. Nice and handy to the absolutely delicious Little Sicily restaurant in Onehunga, and to Cornwall Park parkrun and to the conference in Ellerslie that we were attending. Really handy having a washing machine and drier available too. We loved the beautiful attention to detail in this house.

A place that captured your heart and would stick in your memories for as long as you live. Everyone in my family including my elderly mom in-law loved the place so much till we were reluctant to leave. The house was very clean and furnitures were well maintained. The view from the house was just stunning! Suyun was very accommodating and responded promptly whenever I had things to enquire. Thank you so much for your hospitality and a great place to stay!

We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Perfect for a couple. It was very quiet despite being off a main road and it was fantastic having the bus into the city right outside the door. Great coffee place across the road. Everything was very well described and Carol was a responsive and helpful host. Thanks 😊

Our family of 4 had a great holiday in Auckland at Jon's place. The place was located quite centrally and within walking distance to Britomart and Wynyard Quarters. The place was spotless clean and had everything you could possible need. There were loads of amenities and bathroom basics. There were kitchen basics, coffee machine and snacks which was a very nice touch from Job. Best of all there we games and toys for the kids. The apartment is secure with ample parking and is right next to the park and grocery stores. It can get quite loud as it is on the main st when the windows are open esp on weekends which you need in the main living room and downstairs rooms because it doesn't have aircon but it was ok for us as the temp was coming down but it did get quite warm on some nights without aircon downstairs. Jon is an excellent host, very helpful, responsive and attentive. We felt right at home and would def stay here again if we come back to Auckland :) highly recommended

John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

This was our second time staying at Jacqui’s place and it won’t be the last. Absolutely love this place. Location is perfect with so many restaurants, cafes, shops within walking distance.
