Guesthouse vacation rentals in Auburn City Council

Our second stay and a great place to stay in Sydney's adjacent inner city. All the quality facilities we needed for a week+ long stay, including essential provisions (and a complementary bottle of wine 😀) Close to a great range of shops & facilities within easy walking distance in Annandale. Great transport links to the city and adjacent suburbs nearby. With family nearby, we will be back!

Heather is an amazing host. She was quick to reply and having parking passes to help with the parking in the close proximity was great. Bed was super comfortable and the unit has everything you need. We were comfortable during our stay. We saw Heather a few times and she was lovely and very easy to chat with. Walking distance to many places and close proximity to public transport.

We had a fantastic stay in Trudie and Andy’s apartment. It was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Trudie was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time at Rod and Lynsey’s place. All of the needs for young families was very well thought out from night lights to access to a huge trampoline and simple things like washing machine detergent and milk for breakfast after a late night arrival. They also offered tips to travel more easily into Sydney city and there bar area was a fun and relaxing retreat for parents. Thanks very much, we look forward to visiting at the same time next year!

We absolutely loved our long weekend at the barn in Windsor! It's such a quaint little town, and the barn was the perfect hideaway for relaxing and reading. We especially enjoyed the ready-to-use sauna and spa. The beds were comfy - though those steep stairs were quite the workout! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

I loved Sarah's place. I stayed 2 nights here recovering from jet lag and working remotely while transiting through Sydney. I'd happily stay again. It's well equipped, light, quiet, and private. I was really happy to see the tea selection!

Right in the heart of Paddington, yet quiet, and with views across trees to the harbour. The morning sun floods in and being able to hand feed visiting rainbow lorikeets is a bonus. Henry has gone out of his way with first class furnishings and lots of little touches to make this a comfortable and relaxing place to stay…a true 5-star experience!

Super cute spot in a gorgeous town! Easy check in process and the host provides lots of recommendations. Perfect get away out of the city!

Rachel and Gary had been amazing hosts for our family’s stay. This property is very homely, with fully equipped kitchen and has almost everything you can ever need for making food preparation simple and easier. The self checkin and door lock made it so easy for us guests to come in and out as we please and not have to wait for each other to get home as no key is needed (just pin code to the door that they supply guests before checking in. The hosts also made sure there is adequate heating as I have mentioned that some of the guests that will be staying are not used to the cold weather. So thank you for that ! Rachel is very welcoming; even asked me if there’s anything they need to know of in terms of preparation the day before, to make our stay better and make sure we have everything we need. The only downside is that if you’re driving, you are not allowed to park in front of the property (not something hosts can control) but overall almost perfect! I would come back for sure !

Absolutely excellent stay! The place was spotless, very quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The little garden at the front was a lovely touch. We felt very well accommodated and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 5 days and would highly recommend. It is located just a stones throw from the beach, and has great public transport routes to get to the CBD. Jenny was a very responsive and informative host and the whole check in/out process was easy. The place was clean and just like the photos!

We had a great time. Quiet street, but easy to travel to nearby suburbs or into Sydney. Local shops are walkable too. The place itself was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, well-stocked, plenty of storage, nice hot shower. The bread/coffee/bits were a great touch too. 10/10.

They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was cozy, stylish, and in a great location. We truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Loved my stay at this Mosman gem;)! Thank you Belinda for a great stay, I really enjoyed your house and the few days I got to spend in it. Communication was great, the place felt luxurious and cozy and wish I could have stayed longer. Felt right at home! A personality touch both in decoration and in kitchen supplies etc. Two things worth mentioning that at least I didnt know beforehand; the owner lives in the back/on first floor of the house so occassionally you will hear someone/tv. The other thing is that the bathroom is- as mentioned- separate you have to go through an extra door/stairs. Both things are no reason to not book but just good to know! It didnt bother me. Book if you’ve got a chance!

The room was very clean and cozy, making it a comfortable place to stay. Rebecca was a wonderful and friendly host — she made everything easy and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

John is the kindest, most upstanding host in the entirety of Australia! The absolute best! Made us feel right at home, and made our Bondi stay very memorable. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking to stay in the Bondi area!

Hannah's place was perfect for our weekend getaway to celebrate a significant birthday. It was easy to get to by public transport, and Hannah's instructions for accessing and use of facilities were clear. She also kindly allowed us to checkin a bit early and checkout late, which fit conveniently into our itinerary. We were able to walk to the beach and shops easily, yet have a quiet and comfortable room for the night. Highly recommended for couples and retirees.

Very clean and comfortable. With stove top, oven, and plenty of pots and pans it was easy to make meals in the accommodation. There was also a dishwasher, which is a treat. Shane was generous with the goodies that he left in the fridge and on the counter which made it welcoming. We had to park on the kerb, but since it is a cul-de-sac this is not too much of a problem. We would gladly stay again!
