Newly built home within in walking distance of campus and downtown. It is a short walk to Jordan Hare (.9 miles). And you can be in the heart for downtown area in the same distance. The home is newly purchased and decor is still being added so the walls may seem a little bare. The important stuff like beds, couches, pillows, towels, and kitchen supplies is all there. The fully equipped kitchen has new stainless appliances and seats 6. The living room has a smart tv with Cable or your apps as well as a pull-out couch, and there is a private patio. Master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath. The other bedrooms have a queen and a full with a shared bathroom. $75 non-refundable pet fee per pet.

Home is located 1/2 mile off of FarmVille road and 2 miles off of Hwy 280. It is just 7 miles to Auburn University and Jordan Hare stadium, and a short drive to RTJ golf trail, shopping, restaurants and East Alabama Medical Center and 30 minutes from Lake Martin. This home is completely renovated, ALL new and clean. It is located in a safe and quiet area with a rural feel but it is convenient to almost anything you want to do in the Opelika/Auburn and surrounding areas.
