Our accommodation named "Le Bruilhois" is located in the beautiful village of Aubiac, very warm and colorful, quiet, whether you are 2 or more, for a night or more, very well located 4 km from the exit of Autoroute et agen, 20 km from Gers, 20 minutes from Nérac, 5 minutes from Walibi, region rich in heritage and gastronomy. 11th century Romanesque church and family castle restored to popular reception rooms for hosting seminars and wedding receptions. Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Accommodation located on the ground floor of my main house, 5 min walk to the Armandie Stadium. It has a bedroom with double bed, a dressing room to store your belongings. The living room sofa is convertible to accommodate 2 additional people, a baby cot is also in the bedroom A fully equipped kitchen and board games are at your disposal, plus a TV with Wi-Fi (fiber) and access to Orange, Netflix and Amazon Prime channels.

A key safe awaits you to open this small refurbished studio offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. Ideal for 1-2 people. Linens and towels are provided. This warm, tastefully restored accommodation, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, on the hillsides of the village of Aubiac, will be the ideal place for a break in our beautiful Lot et Garonne department. Less than 10 minutes away, you have leisure activities (Walygator, Aqualand, Monky, etc.) or professional activities (A62 highway, Agropole, industrial area). Hiking and mountain biking trails nearby.

On two levels, a living room/kitchen of 15 m2 on the ground floor and a bedroom with shower room and separate toilet of 15 m2 as well.
