Plenty of storage space, very good location with access to highways, not far from the Agora La Ciotat convention center (7 minutes by car). Cassis is 17 minutes away by car; Saint-Cyr is 15 minutes away. Lots of shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Large Auchan hypermarket with several restaurants, gnocchi, pasta, etc.
