It is a very nice two-room apartment with private shower room and fully equipped kitchen. A box spring bed is in the living/sleeping area with a large TV. Private small terrace, ground-level access in a quiet residential area, but centrally located. There is a connection to bike paths in the immediate vicinity. It is only a 5-minute walk to the bus and train. Close to Biggesee, Sorpe and Möhnesee. Ideal as a starting point for many activities!

Relax with the whole family in our peaceful space. The 100 m² apartment is located on the upper floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen. You can park right in front of the house. There is a key box at the entrance with front door key and the code of box will be sent shortly before check-in. The property is 10 min by car from the city center. The Bigge Dam is a 15-minute walk. Thus, the apartment is close to both city and nature.
