The place is exactly as pictured. Several roads are currently under construction on Cotonou, otherwise the accommodation is very easy to access in normal times. A well-located neighborhood in Cotonou, secure, no worries even when you come back late at night. Flexible and very welcoming on-site host. My children and I felt very comfortable in this accommodation where we spent 2 wonderful weeks.

A modern, spacious apartment right beside the airport. The host was very helpful, and we felt right at home. I speak Yoruba, so communication was easy and relational. Highly recommend

The apartment is great and located not far from multiple restaurants. Lots of light in the apartment, and AC and fan worked great. You have to pay extra for your electricity consumption, but that seems to be standard for all AirBnb’s in Cotonou. I would definitely stay again!

The rooms are air-conditioned, spacious. a large terrace which is a beautiful asset also not overlooked where you can relax, have lunch and dinner...Marcellin is a pleasant host, available, responsive, concerned about the well-being of his guests. I would this place without hesitation. In addition He recommended Alban to us because I really needed a person for our visits and errands, for the departure also at the airport. And it went wonderfully because Alban helped us discover beautiful places, Ganvier...the markets. We had an unforgettable holiday thanks to this welcome and kindness from Marcellin, Alban who were really responsive and so kind. warmly our next vacation in Benin.

A perfect stay. I had a great stay at this apartment. It matches the photos, very clean, well decorated and very conveniently located. Host was very responsive and friendly.

I felt right at home with my little family. The place is very quiet. Boris instructed someone who is very courteous and immediately responded to all our concerns. The only things that bothered us were the mosquitoes and the condition of the sandy path leading to the apartment. This is a great place to rest, especially in a group or family.

This placement is a niche within Cotonou. We have been welcomed by Marlène and she is nice, proactive and polite person. She did everything to make our stay amazing with tips. Definitely, I will recommend her flat for your holiday in Cotonou. Thanks Marlene

Go for it!!!! Don't hesitate for a moment. The place is really super clean, well ventilated, mosquito-free, and comfortable. Very very cozy terrace. Mosquito net available. An amazing sense of service and attention to detail. We have everything we need, we are pampered. The host is super available and responsive. He even offered a great masseuse at home and gave you tips. There is a swimming pool in the Djibson hotel just across the street which offers you a swimming pool with the possibility of night baths, the best! The sea and corniche are a 5-minute walk away. We hear the waves of the sea in the distance we rock us💖 Many additional services to enhance your stay are offered. Best Airbnb I've ever done! A million thanks for your honesty and great generosity. The host and hostess were very friendly and welcoming. The kids and everyone in our team enjoyed the stay with memorable moments. They made our stay very enjoyable throughout and also gave the kids a PS4 games machine.
