Good and safe location with a less than five minutes walk to the beach. Many restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean, beautiful and spacious. A descent size kitchen. Chirac the manager did a wonderful job helping with anything you need for a pleasant stay.

the accommodation has many advantages, starting with its beautiful swimming pool, a real plus for stays under the Cotonou sun. It is spacious and deep towards the bottom, ideal for swimming. That said, a few missing tiles and an unusable pool ladder (because it has no steps and is poorly fixed) should be upgraded to ensure safety and comfort. Rooms are spacious, well ventilated and all equipped with mosquito nets, an essential detail for peaceful nights. The garden is nice, well maintained, and the veranda invites you to relax. The presence of a caretaker, day or night, adds a real sense of security to everyday life. The living room, very spacious, is quite dark, but this is typical of homes in Cotonou. Finally, a point of attention: the third bedroom does not have its own bathroom. Although a toilet is accessible in the laundry room, you have to go through one of the other two bedrooms to access a shower.

Florence's place to stay in Cotonou is absolutely perfect for our group of 7! The location is ideal ( close to airport , beach), the impeccable cleanliness and the hosts are very welcoming. Florence allowed us to check in and out "without stress" with its time flexibility The pool accessible at any time is really a real plus. House employees were very kind and respectful. We had a nice stay and recommend this property.

We had a great time. The apartment was large and matched the photos. It was also extremely clean. We felt safe; the night watchman, David, was very friendly. The street that leads to the accommodation, not paved, is quite dented, but the apartment is close to the beach and many restaurants. I highly recommend it!

Go for it!!!! Don't hesitate for a moment. The place is really super clean, well ventilated, mosquito-free, and comfortable. Very very cozy terrace. Mosquito net available. An amazing sense of service and attention to detail. We have everything we need, we are pampered. The host is super available and responsive. He even offered a great masseuse at home and gave you tips. There is a swimming pool in the Djibson hotel just across the street which offers you a swimming pool with the possibility of night baths, the best! The sea and corniche are a 5-minute walk away. We hear the waves of the sea in the distance we rock us💖 Many additional services to enhance your stay are offered. Best Airbnb I've ever done! A million thanks for your honesty and great generosity. The place was even more beautiful than in the photos and we enjoyed every moment there. Yves was always available and supported us in all our concerns. We would come back any time and look forward to the next stay in Cotonou with Eugenie and Yves. Thank you for this great experience.

wow what a lovely studio apartment brilliant equipment best stove, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine we have experienced in Africa and a pick up from the airport so kind and generous.

I had an amazing stay at this place! It looked exactly like the pictures, which was awesome. The customer service was top-notch. Special shout out to Sobour from the management company who checked in with us regularly via text and phone. They were super quick to fix any minor issues, like when the wifi acted up, and there were instructions onsite for troubleshooting.The cleaning service was a big help, coming three times a week. The house is perfect for families with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and have both air conditioning and fans, so you have options. Hot water was always available, which is great when you have young kids. The 24-hour security guard was very welcoming and made us feel safe. There’s parking inside the property, but also plenty of space right in front, and with the security, it felt very safe.The location is fantastic, just minutes from all the great spots for food, drinks, and kids' activities. I highly recommend this place!
