The treehouse is located in the heart of NB 90 minutes from sight seeing in all directions including Hopewell Rocks, Magnetic Hill, and historical Saint John.

"The Lair" Guesthouse

"The Lair" is a just recently renovated small 200 square foot cabin with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee and tea everyday, all day! We are closed for Winter, will re-open Mid-April. Thank you.

The Trailhead Guest Cottage

Our peaceful oceanfront guest cottage is situated at the head of the 9.5 km Pollett's Cove hiking trail.  We recommend a two night stay - first night, settle in with a beverage, evening sunset and star gazing.  Wake to coffee and farm fresh breakfast delivered to your door step (except in August when we are on vacation), before hitting the trail to Pollett's Cove, the Skyline or any of the 30 other nearby national park trails. Have a swim, and return to a hot outdoor shower. Repeat!

This is a Water Front property, unique and tranquil getaway. Newly renovated 2025, this is a perfect spot for your serious fun. Located on water in Penobscot. Bird watchers take notice, watch the eagles soar over head out your door, visit the many islands & see the Puffins, Whale watch. Lots to do kayaking, hiking and lot more! Sea Shore Bunkie is a cozy space with stunning water views and many amenities! The Bunkie is a delightful space for sleeping and relaxing with its own deck. Kitchenette and bathroom are separate space, off the main house with its own entrance and private. Not suitable/ mobility issues Peddle into the cove for a closer look at nature. Star gaze and sit by the campfire at night. Hike Gaff Point or walk the oceans shores of over ten beaches on the South Shore!

This is a newly built and centrally located Airbnb located within minutes of the ocean. Equipped with all the amneties of home for a nice stay , 2 bedroom's included and has lots of room including 2 bathrooms with showers in each. There is Tv's in each unit with a couch to relax. Stove & fridge to cook a nice meal. The Cabot Trail is about an hour away. Newfoundland ferry is 15 mins away. There is an adjoining door in the middle that seperates the units.
