The hot tub was the best one we’ve ever had at any other Airbnb! The view was stunning. A perfect place to get away to for the weekend with your girlfriends !

If you're looking for proximity to the river, this is the place for you. Jean-Jacques is a very responsive host. I had no problem communicating with him. There are all the amenities we need for the stay. Everything was impeccable. You are close to the heart of the village with amenities, such as a grocery store. I would definitely recommend it. If I ever go back to the area, believe me, I'll go back.

Love this spot, great location, very quiet, cosy and great neighbors. Well worth it, love the outdoor toys for kids. The fishermen were easy to chat with and we even bought lobster from them. It was very educational for our entire family. The Bear Head Lookout was our fav at the Ocean View Park. That beach closest to the Bear Head Lookout was great for sunsets. Loved the General Store/Museum too. Great spot for well priced handmade items. No cell service for most of the drive getting to this location off of hwy 1. So be warned of that. It’s easy to find, but it’s important to know cell service is tricky along the route. Stop at Glover (replica of a giant squid) and Port Leamington (Gorgous river/water falls) on the way too for interesting sights. Look them up in your guide book! I’d go back again!

Tanya's place was our #1 favorite Airbnb that was stayed at during our mother/daughter trip around Nova Scotia. The location is secluded but you are a short 15 minute drive to restaurants and another 15 max to Peggy's Cove. The house is so beautiful and amazing that is actually sits on top of a rock (the front porch is the rock)! Many opportunities to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view of the water. The beds were THE most comfortable and amenities like washer and dryer were great as well. We chatted with Tanya the morning we were leaving and she gave us a walk around of future plans for another building on site, which only lead to my mom and I making the immediate decision that we WILL BE BACK! Next time we will stay for longer than just one night, it is worth spending several days here.

We would highly recommend a stay at Ocean Blue in Champney’s West. The location is perfect for enjoying Port Rexton and Trinity. The view from this cabin is amazing. It is very quiet and peaceful, close to a small fishing harbor.

We had a amazing stay at Nathalie’s house. Only 3 minutes drive to all the shops and restaurants! All main attractions are couple of minutes by car. Rooms are cozy and there is no better way to start a day with a coffee at the balcony overlooking the sea. Highly recommended!

This property is by far the most well appointed and stocked property we have ever stayed in! From the welcome card, to the information book, to the stocked fruit basket, every detail is considered! The theme in each bedroom is so well carried out! The consideration for children / families staying at this property is over and above (games, colouring, books, etc...). The kitchen has everything you could ever need, it felt like being at home. The living / dining room space on the main floor is idyllic for socializing and the additional living space in the lower level is a great bonus for larger groups! We thoroughly enjoyed the cool evenings in the hot tub which is impeccably maintained with great instructions for use! Just a short walk to the Quidi Vidi Brewery, artisan shops and East Coast Trail and a short drive into downtown St. John's, this property's location is perfect! If we are ever back in St. John's we would look to book this property again!

We met Cindy briefly after check-in. She couldn’t have been nicer as we had booked last minute. This is her family home and she was very proud of it. Very friendly and gave us an in on viewing icebergs. Loved every minute.
