Loved the house, especially the porch! We brought our boat over and it was very easy to dock the boat. Beds were comfy and house is very relaxing and spacious. The walk to and from the dock was a challenge for my mom, who is 74, but she made it. Would definitely return to this house!

We could not have picked a better place to stay and celebrate my birthday weekend!!! The lake house was so much fun and located in a beautiful quiet area of Jackson Lake. Denise is absolutely amazing and one of the top hosts I have communicated with! She went out of her way to ensure our weekend was special, and even allowed us to extend our check out time to provide the opportunity to enjoy the nice weather that peaked on a rainy weekend. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for all!!

We traveled to Lake Lanier Islands for a conference at the resort. Jays place was so close to the resort! The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The downstairs is like an apartment in itself. The Main living floor has a huge beautiful kitchen and the upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths(one being the master). We enjoyed playing pool and hanging out on the back deck.

Lake Lanier is a beautiful place to stay. We had a fantastic time.

My stay at the lake house was amazing. Carmen and Merel were very friendly and helpful and made sure to check to make sure we were settling in ok. We had a long stay so my host aways kept in touch with me. The house was beautifully decorated and stocked, and matched the pictures and description. What I didn’t expect was the breathtaking views of the lake throughout the home. It was so nice and serene. Me and my family enjoyed relaxing and playing board games. The entertainment didn’t stop there. We also enjoyed Kayak racing. And we even were able to fish and caught blue gill, catfish, big mouth bass, and carp which was great. Overall we are happy we found this place, And I would highly recommend booking cottage A lake house or another property with Carmen. We thank you for welcoming us and allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for a family. We had such a great time and would definitely rent this place again. My kids loved the downstairs area and being so close to the lake. Brought our boat from FL and were able to tie it up easily at the doc and the boat ramp was less than 5 minutes away. Highly recommend.

This is a great lake Lanier house. Our group was there for a fishing tournament, and we had a blast. The house perfect and the host is very responsive. The location on the south end of the lake was very convenient and the dock allowed us to cover both of our boats. I would definitely rent this house again. Thank you, Susan!

Tiana’s place is tastefully appointed, very comfortable and clean. I loved the beautiful views of trees all around the house. It’s just down the street from restaurants and stores and less than 15 minutes drive to downtown Decatur. The drive to the center of Atlanta was also convenient. I hope we get to stay at Tiana’s next time we visit Atlanta.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, and close to everything we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This lake house was perfect for our week at the lake! House was very spacious and clean, and the dock was an easy walk down the path behind the house. We were able to store our pontoon boat and 2 jet-skis under the covered slip at the dock ... so plenty of room there. Easy access to multiple restaurants as well as Lanier Islands from the water. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to visit Lake Lanier.

we had a wonderful, relaxing, peaceful weekend and enjoyed some fishing off the docks as well, my son caught his first large mouth bass which was an amazing memory for the records.

The only issue we had was an icy walkway. It was surprising, since it had been about 50 degrees earlier on the day we arrived. It snowed a few days before we arrived, and the walkway was in a shady area. Melissa took care of the problem promptly and made sure we could use an alternate entry to avoid the walkway. Other than that, everything was excellent.

This home was perfect! The house was extremely kid-friendly with baby gates, a very well stocked toy room, water table on the back deck, red wagon, little steps to reach the sink, etc. It was fairly hot and humid during our stay, but thankfully the basement back deck is completely shaded, and the main level back deck is partially covered with a fan, so we stayed cool and comfortable. The place was within an easy walking distance (0.2-0.3 miles) to a coffee shop that had storytime, a great bookstore, the general store that had food and groceries, and the green space that featured an inground trampoline, and sand pit to play in. This was the same area where the Saturday morning farmers market was set up, so we enjoyed delicious, crêpes, and live music. our host was prompt in responding to our questions, and was kind enough to accommodate a slightly delayed checkout due to a delayed flight. I would 100% rent this home again.

This was a great place to stay while we were visiting Bouckaert Farm. It was a short drive to the venue and was peaceful and quiet. We also caught a lot of fish on the pond behind the house. We would definitely stay again if we come back for another horse show.

Me and my group of friends enjoyed our stay here. He was very friendly and easy to work with . The place was clean and very nice. The neighborhood was so peaceful and the people in the neighborhood were really nice. This is something I would definitely recommend for a get a way trip. This was my first time ever and for my first time it was amazing.

Araceli was incredibly responsive and a wonderful host. The place was clean, comfortable, and ideally located to enjoy everything Snellville, GA has to offer. It felt like a home away from home. I would stay here again if I were in the area!

Sidhant was a great host and responded to all of our needs quickly. Perfect for 2 large families enjoy time on the lake! We were able to dock our boat. Water depth is great here for boat and swimming. Dock was not far from the house as most others can be at Lake Lanier.

Worth every penny ! Loved this lake house BEAUTIFUL! My family fish and that’s how we bond since childhood, I planned a minor fishing trip get away for my father, my two brothers, and my two cousins for Father’s Day week/weekend ! They caught plenty of fish and never left the home everything was there ! It was a home away from home extremely clean and welcoming. My family loved it and felt at peace while doing what we loved (fishing) ! Thank you for having us I look forward in rent again and again! Thank you !

Beverly was responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our experience. The home worked well for our needs. it was easy to access and equipped with everything we needed. TVs are modern, good sizes, and nicely positioned. Primary bed is comfy and we enjoyed the quality bedding. overall a lovely stay.

My family and I have made a point to make this our family tradition. From the moment we went there it felt like home. Arlene was and has always been absolutely amazing. This has now been our fourth trip there in a row and we only go back because of Arlene and the place has been so welcoming. Any chance we get to book this location we do in a heartbeat. I’ve never felt so comfortable relaxed and enjoyed a place like we all do this one. It’s our home away from home, and that is priceless

The Mid-Century property in the woods by a lake is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. The home is nicely decorated and very clean. The bedrooms are comfortable and have beautiful views of the lake. Mr. Leeland is so awesome! He is very personable and accessible. I'm a repeat guest and look forward to returning.
