Ev ile ilgili sorun denemeyecek yalnızca iki konu vardı. 1 tuvalet olması ve havuzun yeterince ısınamaması denebilir. Ama onun dışında ev mükemmeldi ve çok temizdi. Tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer, ve mutlaka gelirim

allt rent och fint, Furkan bra värd . lägenheten mycket bra, lyxig, Furkan rätt person ,trovärdig, han intresserad på sitt jobb. lägenheten rymlig för 4-5 personer men inte mer, då jag bodde där en dag och sen hittade vi en större lägenhet för 7 personer.

Ev gerçekten çok düzenli ve dizaynı çok hoştu. Gayet temiz ve hijyenikti. Girişte hiç sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi gerekli talimatları giriş yapmadan vermişti ve hızlı bir şekilde giriş yapabildik. Rezidans içinde olması ayrıca güvenlik açısından ve kapalı otoparkının olması açısından önemliydi. Sadece çevresinde yeni inşaatlar olduğu için ara yollar bozuktu. Navigasyonu kullanırken bu yolların açık olduğunu görsek de yolların bir kısmı kapalıydı. Fakat otoyoldan direkt bağlantı ile kolaylıkla gelinebiliyor. Bunun dışında terası güzel fakat şehrin sesi duyulabiliyor cam ve balkon kapısı açıkken onun dışında camlar kapalı olduğunda hiç ses gelmiyor eve. Biz memnun kaldık. Ev sahibine teşekkür ederiz.

Fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi güzel ve temiz bir yerdi. Havuz çok iyiydi yeterli büyüklükte bir havuzu vardı. Bahçesi büyük ve meyvalarla doluydu. Ormanlığın içinde kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla güzelce konaklayıp eğlenebileceğimiz bir villa. Esra hanım ve Ferhat bey gerekli bilgilendirmeyi sağlayıp çok yardımcı oldular teşekkür ederim.

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, la maison était conforme aux photos. La piscine et le sauna était parfait. On peut se garer très facilement devant la maison et le quartier est très paisible. Monsieur Ugur et son fils Can ont été très gentille et disponible pendant notre séjour. Je recommande a 100%

Très bon airbnb, dans un très bon emplacement, tout est facile d’accès à pieds. Les équipements étaient présents et tout était très propre. Je recommande.

Het appartement is een goede uitvalsbasis om Istanbul te bezoeken. Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en was schoon en comfortabel. Enige aandachtspunt is dat we met eigen vervoer kwamen en parkeren in deze wijk lastig is. In theorie kun je voor de deur parkeren, maar in de praktijk gaat dat niet. Er is een kleine gemeenteparking op loopafstand, zit vrij vol maar toch vonden ze een plek en we konden daar tegen betaling staan.

Çok güzel bir konaklamaydı, evimdeymiş gibi hissettim. Yer resimlerdekinin aynısı ve evde tüm olanaklar mevcut. Yerin konumu çok merkeziydi ve kolayca ulaşım sağlayabildim. Hakan Bey son derece dost canlısıydı, sürekli ihtiyaçlarım konusunda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Tekrar konaklamayı düşündüğüm yerlerden biri.

Had a fantastic time staying here! The location can’t be beat, it’s right near Galata tower and walking distance from tons of great restaurants, cafes and shops. Really fun area to stroll around. You can easily get to the metro, tram or ferry’s in a short walk. The apartment was perfect, comfortable and nicely decorated, with everything I needed. It was quiet at night despite being so close to everything.

Volkan es un buen anfitrión, responde al minuto a cualquier duda que tengas. La casa es tal cual las fotos y la descripción, la zona donde está es inmejorable, por la noche no se oyen ruidos, se duerme genial, y estás al lado de Santa Sofía, La Cisterna y La Mezquita Azul. La casa estaba limpia en general, salvo una habitación que tenía los cajones de la mesilla llenos de migas y había una mascarilla en el suelo, las cortinas oscuras también necesitarían un lavado, el resto de habitaciones estaban limpias . Los colchones son buenos, las sábanas y toallas limpias, el menaje de la casa escaso. El ha sido muy amable porque nos dejó dos bidones de agua, uno en cada piso, gel, champu, lava platos y papel higiénico, para que no tuviéramos que comprar . Un problema que tiene ese casa es que no puedes tirar el papel higiénico por la taza del wc , y lo echas a la papelera. En general sí recomendaría la estancia allí , si volvemos lo haremos con Volkan 😊. Teşekkürler !!!! Umarım yakında görüşür

Merci à Sena et à Fatih pour l’accueil, la disponibilité et la flexibilité! ☺️ L’appartement était très bien placé, proche d’une station de tram qui amène au plein centre d’Istanbul. La douche dans la salle de bain a eu un petit souci car je pense qu’elle est ancienne mais après avoir prévenu Fatih, ce dernier est venu réparer et tout s’est bien déroulé!

Das Viertel ist alt und unsicher, oft sitzen Betrunkene am Eingang. Für Familien ungeeignet, aber vielleicht okay für Singles. Die Wohnung war sauber, wir haben immer abgeschlossen. Mustafa ist nett und gastfreundlich, aber die Lage ist schlecht.

Öncelikle Banu hanim cok samini ve tatli bir ev sahibi. Ev ise dört dörtlük, ihtiyaciniz olan hersey var. Onun disinda konum olarak da cok iyi, Gazhane kapinin önünde ve Kadiköy yürüme mesafesi. Yani 10/10 💓

I loved this airbnb! The airbnb actually was bigger than it looked in the photos. Its very sunny and its lovely to hang out out. Both rooms where comfortable and cozy. Getting there was easy and its a very calm area.

Wow! Ali and team really go above and beyond ! They made every effort to ensure my stay was enjoyable, they pay attention to even the smallest details . Overall, I felt very well taken care of staying here from check in to check out, they did not miss a beat. There were complimentary meals at BurgerLab, upon arrival the mini fridge was fully stocked with refreshments and treats ! 😍 ! Ali was always responsive and checking to ensure everything is ok and if I need anything . His on-site team is wonderful and close by if assistance is needed. The apartment is very spacious , nice, cosy, clean, tidy and lots of natural lighting. I really appreciate there was a good size table as I had to do some work during my stay so it was very useful. The location is perfect for exploring Istanbul. it is in a desirable location ,it is close to the ferries, trams and metro. Also lots of good restaurants, cafes in this area. Thank you for the awesome hospitality ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The flat was great! The view made the 6 floor walk up worth it. It was perfect for our stay, so close to a lot of great attractions, restaurants and shops. The view of galata tower was also fairytale-like and beautiful.

Lokacija je odlicna, apartman je bio cist. Videla sam da ima dosta negativnih komentara za check in, verujem da je Kenan promenio sistem, zato sto mi nismo imali nikakvih problema, sacekali su nas i predalji kljuc. Apartman se nalazi na poslednjem spratu ( III sprat ) i treba znati da su stepenice jako uske i ako imate velike kofere bice vam tesko da iznesete.

Ev beklediğim gibiydi. Güzel bir misafirlik oldu. sessiz, sakin ve bahçesi var. Genel anlamda beğendim.
