There were only two issues that would not be a problem with the house. It can be said that there is 1 toilet and the pool cannot be heated enough. But other than that, the house was perfect and very clean. A place I would choose again, and I would definitely come

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host gave the necessary instructions before check-in and we were able to check in quickly. It was also important for security and for having an indoor parking lot. The byways were bad only because there were new constructions around it. Although we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But it can be easily reached by direct connection from the highway. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard when the windows and balcony doors are open, otherwise, when the windows are closed, there is no sound in the house. We were pleased. We thank the host.

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

Our stay went very well, the house matched the photos. The pool and sauna was perfect. You can park very easily in front of the house and the neighborhood is very peaceful. Mr. Ugur and his son Can were very kind and available during our stay. I recommend 100%

The apartment is a good base to visit Istanbul. It has everything you need and was clean and comfortable. The only point of attention is that we came with our own transportation and parking in this neighborhood is difficult. In theory, you can park at your doorstep, but in practice that is not possible. There is a small municipal parking within walking distance, is quite full but still they found a place and we could stand there for a fee.

Had a very nice stay, felt at home. The place is the same as in the pictures and the house has all the amenities. The location of the place was very central and I was able to easily get around. Mr. Hakan was extremely friendly and constantly tried to help with my needs. One of the places I would consider staying again.

Had a fantastic time staying here! The location can’t be beat, it’s right near Galata tower and walking distance from tons of great restaurants, cafes and shops. Really fun area to stroll around. You can easily get to the metro, tram or ferry’s in a short walk. The apartment was perfect, comfortable and nicely decorated, with everything I needed. It was quiet at night despite being so close to everything.

Volkan’s place is the perfect location for staying in Istanbul. Easy to walk to all the attractions. Volkan is extremely helpful.

Mr. Erdem is a quality person, the accommodation is perfect and everything was as described, we never had any problems with understanding communication, you can choose it with peace of mind

Wow! Ali and team really go above and beyond ! They made every effort to ensure my stay was enjoyable, they pay attention to even the smallest details . Overall, I felt very well taken care of staying here from check in to check out, they did not miss a beat. There were complimentary meals at BurgerLab, upon arrival the mini fridge was fully stocked with refreshments and treats ! 😍 ! Ali was always responsive and checking to ensure everything is ok and if I need anything . His on-site team is wonderful and close by if assistance is needed. The apartment is very spacious , nice, cosy, clean, tidy and lots of natural lighting. I really appreciate there was a good size table as I had to do some work during my stay so it was very useful. The location is perfect for exploring Istanbul. it is in a desirable location ,it is close to the ferries, trams and metro. Also lots of good restaurants, cafes in this area. Thank you for the awesome hospitality ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The flat was great! The view made the 6 floor walk up worth it. It was perfect for our stay, so close to a lot of great attractions, restaurants and shops. The view of galata tower was also fairytale-like and beautiful.

The location is great, the apartment was clean. I saw that there were a lot of negative comments for the check in, I believe Kenan changed the system, because we didn't have any problems, we were also waiting for the key. The apartment is located on the top floor ( III floor ) and it should be known that the stairs are very narrow and if you have large suitcases it will be difficult for you to take out.
