Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Atamaría

Excellent accommodation, between the Minor Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. We felt right at home, a short walk from the beach, from the windows and terraces you could see the sea. The host was pending at all times and was very quick to respond to messages. Definitely an experience to repeat! We loved the area and we rested which was what we were looking for. I recommend 100%

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! The host Anna is amazing and very helpful, it really makes a difference. The area everything you need within walking distance I would say 10 mins in either direction you have shops and pubs and amazing restaurants. The villa - if your looking for super modern chrome, white tiles and flat screen tvs then this isn’t the place for you, this villa is transitional Spanish has a new kitchen but the decor ext I would class as traditional. The inside has a lot of wood , red older type items but that was fine for us , also has everything you need , iron , plenty of utensils bits and bobs to get you started. The pool is amazing it’s got built in stairs so good for anyone with mobility issues it’s not heated but was warm due to the fab weather, upstairs is 1 room with bathroom was good for us as we like our own space. The garden is absolutely stunning with a bbq and is really well kept and private it was windy one day and we hardly felt it. Overall fab place not the most modern but who cares :)

We spent 4 weeks in the apartment and had a fantastic stay. The apartment’s location is superb- there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants close by and a great Supercor supermarket a short walk away. Both the beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean are within easy walking distance and the location on the Marina is fabulous. The apartment is spacious and the outside spaces are perfect. The sunsets are amazing from the terraces looking out across the marina and the mar menor. Gonzalo was very helpful and accommodating as we were considerably delayed in checking in.

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Dino and Alex are the perfect hosts .Their help and knowledge meant this was like holidaying with family .Five stars aren’t enough to reward their effort .It is a wonderful apartment with every amenity and is perfectly placed to be in easy reach for rest of the city of Alicante .We would not hesitate to recommend fellow travellers and our friends.Ross

This is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Centrally located, but very peaceful for a good night's sleep. Filo met us in person and showed us around. This is a very relaxing place to spend a few days in Murcia. I highly recommend it.

Augustin was flexible with our check-in, so we could comfortably settle in before the scheduled time. He gave us great advice on what to do and gave clear instructions on how the apartment worked. The apartment in itself was clean and even prettier than the pictures, and the kitchen was spacious and had all necessities. The location was great, everything was within walking distance or easy to get to with public transportation. It was a great stay and I would love to revisit.

The place was not only clean and beautifully decorated, but also the view of the sea and the city lights was simply breathtaking. It was a real highlight to watch the passing planes. The hospitality of Dietmar and Ann-Charlotte was exceptional. The beautiful apartment is very quiet and the bed is really very comfortable! We can recommend the place 100%. We'd love to come back any time!

Absolutely fantastic location with beautiful views from the balcony. Large apartment with lots of space and all of the extras from our host were a lovely touch.

I enjoyed spending almost 5 weeks here for a combination of work and vacation. Philip and Ilze are incredibly friendly, respond quickly, and have a lot of knowledge of the area, so they are packed with tips! Because the weather was so nice, I didn't use the sauna:) but the pool was lovely. Recommended if you are looking for peace and beautiful nature!

We can’t thank Bogdan enough! From start to finish, the communication has been amazing! He was responsive and helpful and willing to go above and beyond! The villa is brilliant, absolutely perfect for families, we went as 2 families of 4, all 8 of us were impressed! The kids absolutely loved the garden and also loved the many kids toys inside the villa. Everything we needed was there on arrival, even down to the little things that people usually forget such as pool floaties, tin foil and bin liners, plates for the kids, cooking oil and seasonings! So many handy little things that definitely came in useful! Really recommend Butterfly Villa to all, and a massive THANK YOU again for all Bogdan done! Amazing stay!

The Villa is fantastic! The pool and pool area is perfect for kids and relaxing, in such quiet surroundings. Completely fenced off, so no worry of kids getting out anywhere, and inflatables that were there for us to borrow, which my 7yr old loved! The Villa itself is well equipped with everything you need and more, would love to stay here again, but next time for longer. We didn’t want to leave. The Villa is a short walk to the Sea Front and has some great little back street restaurants which are really reasonably priced, and the food was great! As a host, Bert was so responsive and managed to accommodate a later check out due to our flights being changed last minute by Jet2, so thanks again for that! Thanks Bert for being a great host, and letting us use your beautiful Villa!

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

Well-equipped spacious house. Wide garden with a great pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and has a supermarket where to buy basic things. It is 15 mins by car from the beach. Perfect if you're looking for quiet.

gabi is very attentive and provides whatever you may need.

David greeted us with great kindness, showed us around the house down to every detail, and had prepared many things ahead of our arrival. He gave us wine, croissants, coffee, milk, water and butter, among other things, which was very nice of him. The house is very spacious, has a beautiful garden and a big pool, it's even prettier than the pictures. The area is very quiet, you barely hear any people around, you can sleep by the pool to the sound of birds chirping. We will definitely be coming back, super recommended. Thank you David & Elena!
