Beachfront vacation rentals in Astypalaia

Really enjoyed our time here. If you like a laidback environment, a comfortable apartment and relaxing on the balcony overlooking the harbour this is fabulous. The pebble beach and swimming is just below you. The apartments aren’t as bright and sparkling as the photos- expect a number of years wear and tear - but they are clean, functional and in a great location. Dimetra is helpful and welcoming and sorted out all our requests quickly. The town has plenty of restaurants, coffee places and bars, not a great deal outside town other than different beaches to visit. Lovely place to chill out

we enjoyed the views of the harbor and the Chora, the sun, the closeness to the beach. they are very accommodating with cleaning, changing the linens, washing the laundry and doing the dishes. super nice! the terrace is lovely for sitting, reading, eating, but it can get very windy.

Posto silenzioso e appartato, per chi ama la quiete e le stellate,collegato comodamente alla chora con bus pubblici o un servizio di bus privati prenotabili con un app comodissima. Consigliato!!!

This was easily one of my top airbnbs I’ve ever stayed!! Άγγελος is so welcoming, and made us feel like local Astypaleans immediately. He gave us so many tips on what to do around town, held our bags at his place until our afternoon ferry arrived (he lives downstairs with his adorable puppy μέλι “Méli”), and even left us fruits and water upon arrival. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, and you can easily fit 5 people (if you’re comfortable in an open concept). The airbnb is exactly as listed, but there are also fun little nick nacks and books, so it genuinely feels like you’re staying in your family friends flat. Upon arriving, I noticed there wasn’t a house number on the address - just click the “open in maps” via airbnb, it will give you the geographical coordinates. Immediately after stepping off our arrival ferry, Άγγελος was waiting for us at the nearby cafe terrace & warmly called my name, like we were reunited long lost friends!

Marias Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Familie. Jeder hatte ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit tollem Meerblick. Besonders schön waren die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Haus und im Aussenbereich. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ich würde das Haus 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

die Unterkunft hat eine umwerfende Terrasse! wunderschöner Blick und wenn man es ruhig mag ist man richtig. es ist ganz einfach eingerichtet, das war ok für uns. es war sauber und die Menschen, die den Check-in und Check Out gemacht haben waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit..vielen Dank. eine Nachricht an den Besitzer dieses Hauses- das Badezimmer ist renivuerungsbedürftig - Türschnalle kaputt, Dusche hat keinen Wasserdruck...also das ist verbesserungswürdig. leider hat auch das WLAN nicht funktioniert, was für mich keine großes Problem darstellte. es ist ein idealer Ort zur Ruhe zu kommen..der Strand in Analipsi ist sehr schön...die Bäume geben Schatten und unsere Kinder hatten ideale Bedingungen zum surfen.

Cute AirBnB – very calm and located between the Chora and Analipsi. There is an AstyBus stop right at the street, so very easy to get around, for further island explorations I'd recommend to rent an ebike/scooter/car. The flat itself was as shown in the pictures and communication was very friendly/easy.

We absolutely loved this super cute, serene property. It was just as described and yet exceeded our expectations. This place was so wonderful we ended up extending our stay knowing that nowhere else would compare. The main house plus guests house provided more than enough space for us - we were two couples and loved being able to spread out and have our own private spaces. Perfectly located being walkable to some great climbing and a short drive to everything else. The hosts were communicative, kind and quick to respond to even the smallest requests. They made us feel right a home and recommended what ended up being our favorite meals on the trip. We felt truly spoiled and highly recommend!

A great place, great hosts. I’ve started all over the place with Air B&B and this is the best place I’ve stayed. Amazing. The standard of hospitality from the host was outstanding.

A little paradise! Peaceful , with stunning views, crystal clear waters, magical light and infinite starry nights. If you are looking for the raw beauty that Anafi has to offer this is the most beautiful place you could ever stay in. We had an amazing time, Cybele and her parents are wonderful people and great hosts, caring and polite and always ready to assist for any requests. The place has everything one can ask for and even more. Highly recommended gem !

We stayed at this location with five people, and it worked out perfectly! Our time spent here was amazing and we plan to come again next year. I only have good things to say about the home and our experience. I highly recommend this for a small family.

Très belle maison avec beaucoup de charme pour un magnifique séjour! Vue enchanteresse depuis la belle et grande terasse, accès à une jolie plage de sable après quelques marches.. La maison est vaste et confortable, très bien équipée en produits ménagers et produits de première nécessité, frigidaire pourvu en boissons pour notre arrivée... Merci à Elli pour tous ses bons conseils! Nous reviendrons sûrement .. A recommander!
