We have been 2 of families, with dogs included and everything has been phenomenal. The house was beautiful, very large and with paddle court and pool. As it was Semana Santa, the pool we did not use it, but the paddle track. Communication with Sandra was immediate, from the first day, to the last day. In short, a great option for a trip through Asturias.

House located in a unique natural setting, Susana worried that we were comfortable and not having any problems. The house is comfortable, beautiful and tastefully decorated and the treatment with which they welcomed us was fantastic. We will repeat for sure!

The place is large and spacious. It is true that being wooden, the floor sounded when climbing the stairs or walking around the upper stays, but it was not a problem. It has a barbecue and a large terrace on which to enjoy the nice weather. Also, it has good views as you can see both the surrounding mountains and the sea from the upper floors. As for its location, it was atop a hill in Sebreño but in 15 minutes walking you were in Ribadesella beach. Very accessible. The host, Constanza was very attentive to our arrival and provided us with a lot of information about activities and things to see/do. Really recommendable.

We return with a better feeling than we thought when booking, Andrés is very attentive and friendly at all times.

Fantastic holidays with the family

The house is just as seen in the photos, very nice and with everything you need to enjoy it. In addition, Jorge was attentive to anything we needed from the same day we booked the stay. And what is greatly appreciated is arriving on the first day and having cold drinks in the fridge, fruit and breakfast products. What a nice touch!! Thanks Jorge.

It was a family stay of two families. The house was super comfortable and made our stay very easy. Mar is an excellent host, always looking to help us. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place to stay and enjoy in Asturias!

We have been 4 days of luxury. The house was very clean and just as it appears in the photos. The garden is a pass and the pool is great. The village is very good with several restaurants and all the services you may have (pharmacy, super, butcher...). It is 15'drive from both Llanes and Ribadesella. Communication with Fernanda superbien. Definitely if we go back in that area, we'll repeat.

The stay at Villa Erbosa was fantastic. We came to spend a few days in Asturias with a group of friends and we were very comfortable. The house is spectacular, surrounded by splendid views and in the middle of a very quiet development with many facilities such as a bar, pool, playgrounds and direct access to a beautiful beach. The house was also equipped with everything you need and more. Ingació has been very friendly and attentive, communication with him has been very easy, and he has recommended very many places to eat, drink cider and also for hiking.

We had 6 nights in this large and rural house. It’s perfect for family stays with 3 separate bedrooms but the main attraction is outside, there is so much outside seating / dining with the pool, trampoline and play house. It’s in a very quiet area, really the only passing people are there to see the bufones. It was hard to locate the house initially but after that, the hosts were fantastic to deal with. A great, relaxing stay!

Beautiful property, completely renovated with taste. Covered and secure parking in front of the property is greatly appreciated. The dining room at the back is a very windowed and very pleasant room. No neighbors during our stay. It should be noted that the property is located on a busy road and that the train passes at the back. It is very convenient for access to the road network but a little noisy at night. Beach is a 10-minute walk away. Amaya is a remarkable, proactive and efficient hostess. Thank you!

Our family of 6 stayed here and enjoyed every minute. We were welcomed in person by Mar, who along with her husband, are the most gracious and generous people you could meet. They offered many excellent suggestions of places to visit, restaurants, etc. The location of this house is perfect. It offers an incredible view of the ocean and beach, which is an easy 5 minute stroll from the house. We also did many excursions in the area - all easy drives from the house, including the Picos de Europa, Oviedo, Llastres, Ribadesella, Miradore del Fitu, Covadonga, etc. I cannot recommend this house enough ! As other reviewers have noted, the house exceeds all expectations set by the already impressive photos on the listing.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The location is perfect and super accessible. It is literally in front of the beach and next to the Villaviciosa Estuary. The area is beautiful and idyllic for walking, playing sports and connecting with nature. The house has enough rooms to be comfortable even with 8 people. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Staying in Anne’s house was a beautiful experience. We met family friends and had more than enough space for all eight of us. We were able to cook in or easily walk minutes to restaurants. The entire house is charming with an old world feel, so much more comfortable and authentic feeling than a hotel. Our children did lots of surfing and Anne’s house was the perfect home base to experience the beach of Salinas. Everything was tidy and communication was prompt and easy. I highly recommend Anne’s space for families and friends.
