Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

1 Room and kitchen in a guest house in the countryside

Our cozy guesthouse is located on our farm in Kvidinge. Kvidinge is located between Klippan and Åstorp in Skåne, about 30 km north of Helsingborg. There are trains between Helsingborg and Kvidinge. 7-minute walk to the train station from the guest house. In the guest house, there is a kitchen, toilet, shower and two beds with sheets and towels. In the nearby area, there is a grocery store and a restaurant. A bit further away, there is art, culture, shopping and nature experiences. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The Red Cottage

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende, 40 kvm med en öppen planlösning. Inrett i 50/60-talsstil med flera tidstypiska möbler och inredningsdetaljer. Beläget i en lummig trädgård. Ett stort härligt träd däck precis utanför dörren., med grill , trädgårdsmöbler och solstolar Soffa och 2 fåtöljer framför platt-TV med HD-kanaler, Apple TV. Köket är utrustat med det mesta som kan behövas, spis, ugn, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, vattenkokare. Eget badrum med dusch och toalett.

Här har du bland annat gångavstånd till badplats på Sandön, Vegeholms slott och den omtalade golfbanan ”Crownwood Club” som smyg öppnar sommaren 2025. Busshållplats finner du 200 meter från boendet där du enkelt kan ta dig fram längst kusten. White Lotus är en utmärkt utgångspunkt för många utflyktsmål oavsett om du vill ha en aktiv semester eller bara koppla av.

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Stay in a historical school

Experience a unique countryside accommodation in a 100-year-old school. The accommodation is a separate part of the house with its own entrance and consists of a bedroom, bathroom and hall. 1 minute from the E4 to Stockholm, possibility to lock bicycles and free parking for motorhome/van. These rooms are the first rooms I renovated in the house, which was quite dilapidated when I moved in and by staying here you help me so I can restore more parts of the house.
