Jan’s place felt just like being home. It was comfortable and had everything you need. I would highly recommend Jan’s place. Would be a fantastic place for a family with kids with being right by the beach, lots of beach accessories and games.

We were in town for a Philanthropic Educational Organization (PEO) conference. After a long day at the conference, it felt wonderful for us to return to this beautiful, peaceful condo., use the binoculars on the table to watch the birds on the water, and just rest and visit with each other. When I did contact Ethan, he was very quick to respond and very gracious. I highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Seaside. Ethan has provided very clear and concise instructions to get into the condo and once inside, even the kitchen drawers are labelled to easily find whatever you need. We enjoyed the beautiful fireplace. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were well supplied with shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. I felt bad to have to contact Ethan to tell him we had accidentally spilled some makeup on a bath rug. Ethan responded quite thoughtfully and kindly. We really appreciated his kindness and understanding. I highly recommend staying at Ethan’s condo when staying in Seaside.

10/10 ⭐️ Peaceful getaway! Everything was as described. The view is unmatched, not only of the beach but the greenery, the birds, the deer and the ducks!! Oh and lots of kite flying on the beach made for a cool show. I came here, solo, to have a change of scenery while writing my book and felt very safe. It is close to everything that you need but you also don’t have to leave because you have all the necessities right there for you. I didn’t hear any surrounding neighbors. The bed is extremely comfortable! I used the binoculars quite a bit too for extra close sight seeing ◡̈ No complaints. I would love to book again! Thank you Robbie & Team!!

Beautiful view, beautiful home. The community is so cute as well as a couple delicious, local restaurants just down the street. They even spoiled my pup. We had a fantastic time!

I have traveled off and on. I love this place,I can't wait to stay there again. it was so beautiful . My friends and I our just blue collar worker. So this was over the top for us. Thank you for sharing with us a experience of living and be able to relax

Such a great spot for a long weekend, accessible to a lot of places by walking and drivable to other towns! The place itself was perfect for two!

We loved our stay at the condo! Such a private and quiet location. The view is amazing from both floors! We had everything we needed and felt right at home. Loved the nice touches like the soft towels and linens. The treeline and the ocean views again, so beautiful. Exactly what we needed!

We loved staying at this Airbnb! The views from the kitchen were beautiful. They had a fire pit and few other things which were great! The hosts were also good with communication. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Jaenette was very kind and helpful. She met me when i got there and made sure I knew my way around and some of the things to do in the area. The place was perfect for me and my little dog Lucy! Will definitely come back, as my family comes fishing here yearly and my back does NOT take well to camping! Interested to come for razor clam season too sounds so fun!

Alison was a great! We loved this place. It was clean, quiet, and a perfect get away! Instructions were simple and easy.

It was such a beautiful, warm place. The staff was friendly and gave us clear and easy instructions with activities to do. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Already looking forward to our next stay here! We traveled with our 2 toddlers and this place was perfect! Close to the beach so easy to go home for snacks, lots of toys, games, and tvs. They've thought of everything too, stuff for dogs (toys, treats, beds) beach chairs, water filters - every day we kept saying that they've thought of everything - highly recommend!

The Gris 202 was clean, bright, modern in a quaint downtown area. The Lyrics Cafe is a short walk for morning coffee and light breakfast. Multiple high end wineries are nearby, just make sure to get a reservation for a wine flight or tasting!

The view is AMAZING! The two reclining chairs right in front of the windows—holy smokes! I wish I could pack them home with me. The beds were also comfortable, including the futon in the living room. They have thought about everything! Blenders, Popcorn maker, cheese grater, and even zip lock bags for you. I will definitely be staying here again if they'll have us.

Everything I wanted. Could easily walk to the beach or restaurants. Or downtown. We were there for a soccer tournament and it was great. Close to the fields and fun things to do on our down time.

Edgar's condo was perfect for our business/family vacation. Our kids absolutely loved going down to the pool to hang out and I enjoyed the hot tub on multiple occasions. It has a direct view of the ocean, which was nice! The pool has a door that leads directly to the beach. We had a campfire on the beach one evening and had s'mores. We also picked up fish another night and grilled on the balcony. The basic spices and kitchen tools were there. If you had specific spice needs, you might want to bring them, but there's a Safeway and a fish Market both within a couple miles. Tons of restaurants and coffee shops within a few blocks. The only thing I would do differently next time is bring some ground coffee, because although there was Folger's, we're a little more picky about our coffee! There are several coffee shops within walking distance, so it really wasn't a big deal. Thanks for an amazing stay, Edgar!

Fire place gets toasty and a decent view of the ocean. At this price point it doesnt get much better. I think it may have been a last minute discount. It was a nice stay with excellent service.

The location of the unit and view were not ideal. Prefer a unit closer to the beach. We don’t know the exact location until check in.

We loved staying at Jamie’s place. It was beautiful, clean, and best of all in such a beautiful, peaceful location. Additionally, there were so many things that Jamie had thought of to provide to make our stay easier, especially with a kiddo. It was also a huge plus being able to quickly walk to the beach and having a grocery store next door. Our favorite part was sitting out on the deck at night listening to the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

WorldMark resort is in the midst of things in Seaside. Walk to restaurants and beach. Apartment itself is nice and spacious and resort has a decent pool, games room and gym. Highly recommended for a young family.

Chris was a fantastic host, available when we needed, but not in our day to day. The space was clean, warm and inviting.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, just steps away from a variety of great restaurants, making dining out a breeze. The ocean view from the property is simply stunning—waking up to that breathtaking scenery was a highlight of our trip.
