Our cottage, located in the heart of the Dordogne Valley, has been designed to offer you a haven of peace and serenity at the foot of the medieval castle of Castelnau-Bretenoux. Our cottage for 4 people will offer you all the comfort to enjoy the wonders of the region: The medieval city of Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac, Collonges-la-Rouge, Martel, Loubressac, Autoire, or Carennac.... Natives of the country, we will be able to advise you on the places and activities not to be missed.

The Boulevard in Beaulieu

An ancient exterior, a modern interior. Our house was built on the ancient fortification wall of the Abbey. These 12th century walls are a feature throughout the house, and keep it cool in summer and warm in winter. All rooms have plenty of natural light, quality furniture, and all the homely comforts you need on your holiday. Only a 5 minute stroll to the river, 1 minute to bakeries and the village centre. The 11th century Abbey is behind our house, so only a short walk to go and explore.

Our character gite is a charming restored barn built in 1827, enjoying glorious elevated south-facing views over hillsides to a quaint village far below. The light-filled & spacious 90m2 gite has generous bedrooms, a large open plan living area and full kitchen. Stunning views from all rooms & the pool. Continental breakfast provisions included. A superb base for exploring and 'getting away from it all' in rural France, while remaining close to amazing sights and 5 mins from amenities.

On the heights of Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, recently ranked among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France", in the heart of the small quiet and peaceful village of Sioniac, let the sound of bells and roosters' crowing punctuate your days. This charming house (classified as 3* furnished tourism) typical of the half-timbered houses has been renovated by us. You'll be just a 5-minute drive to the center of Beaulieu, its shops and access to the Dordogne (2.5 km).

Stone country house, very well located in the heart of Autoire offering a sublime view of the cliff and the Château des Anglais. Come and enjoy a relaxing moment thanks to the wooded garden. Close to the waterfall and the Château des Anglais, ideal for the curious looking for history and hiking. The house has a parking lot for 2 cars and a fenced garden. Close to Padirac and Rocamadour. The nearest shops are a 10-minute drive away.

Large spaces for relaxation and walks... when they are there, the horses will be nice to watch during your breakfasts and/or lunches on the terrace. Quiet and natural place with very nice view of the Dordogne valley... We did the work on this house to feel good as a family and find serenity as a family after work. You can enjoy the spaces.
