The mill is off the beaten track but located 10 min from Lectoure and Fleurance, 15 min from Castéra Verduzan and 20 min from Condom. Lots of small, unique villages to discover far from major cities.

The entire property, including the spa, sauna, steam room, patio, and pool, is not shared with other people. In the heart of the village of Moirax, we rent our single-story stone outbuilding (one step) of 90 m² for 4 to 6 people. The vacation rental consists of 2 bedrooms, independent toilet, bathroom with walk-in shower, cellar (freezer, washing machine), equipped kitchen, a large living room of 35 m² with exposed stones and fireplace. You can enjoy a private covered terrace and access to the garden. If necessary, we provide you with a baby bed and a booster seat.

Welcome to our family cottage located in a small village of Gascony. This 80 m2 cottage, adjoining our home, has just been completely renovated and designed so guests can enjoy a beautiful multicolored and hilly landscape with serenity. This accommodation is equipped with all modern comforts and opens directly onto a private wooded park, allowing you to relax in a real green setting. Free parking is available near the cottage and access is independent.

Independent accommodation, with air conditioning in the living rooms, and self check-in using a key box. 10 minutes from Agen, at the crossroads of Lot-et-Garonne, Gers and Tarn-et-Garonne, it is an ideal base from which to explore the region. Pets allowed on request, with an extra charge.

The cabin is equipped, kitchenette with gas, oven, fridge etc. (oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, herbal tea provided) Bed linens and towels are provided. Bathroom, dry toilet NO SMOKING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE AND NO CANDLES. We provide battery-operated candles for you to use.

You will have the opportunity to sleep in a 16th century castle, while having the comfort of the new but without losing the fascinating side. You will have your own completely independent entrance, with a view of the park from the outside of the castle where you can also have breakfast or aperitifs in the sun.
