Very nice restored stone gîte of 80 m2 for 6 people in a large property located on the heights of Astaffort. The cottage has independent access and an outdoor area with a completely private swimming pool under a magnificent oak tree and offering views of the fields and the forest. Enjoy the quietness of the countryside 3 minutes from the village of Astaffort with all amenities, 20 minutes from Agen and Lectoure (Gers), 1 hour from Toulouse and 1.5 hours from Bordeaux.

Welcome! Unusual pied-à-terre to relax in peace and in the heart of nature. Enjoy the simple little joys away from the crowds. The mill is off-center but located 10 minutes from Lectoure and Fleurance, 15 minutes from Castéra Verduzan and 20 minutes from Condom. Lots of small atypical villages to discover far from the big cities. The entire property, including the spa, sauna, steam room, patio, and pool, is not shared with other people. Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14-meter heated pool, open from early May to late October. The price shown includes cleaning, as well as the provision of bed sheets, towels, and bathrobes. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)

Our manor house combines the charm of a small castle with modern comfort. You'll love the cabin for the views, the calm and the location in the forest. Perfect for couples. We do not accept children under 12 years old, for safety reasons. The cabin is equipped, kitchenette with gas, oven, fridge etc. (oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, herbal tea provided) Bed linens and towels are provided. Bathroom, dry toilet NO SMOKING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE AND NO CANDLES. We provide battery-operated candles for you to use.
