You can enjoy peace with the whole family in this wonderful place. It is only a ten minute drive to the island of Cunda and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable vacation with approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, three kilometers to the center of Ayvalık, no parking problem, suitable for conservative families. There are two double three single beds and a sofa bed that can turn into bed. A crib and high chair are provided if desired. All rooms also have air conditioning.

The restoration of our stone house in Ayvacık Sazlı village was completed 8 years ago. We opened the upper floor of our newly decorated house to our guests, my wife and I live on the lower floor. Experience the beauties of our village with a view of Lesvos, full mountain and sea where 6 people can easily stay. You will be accompanied by the large garden and all the sounds and colors of nature. The port of Assos is only a few km away from the historic Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyuin 20 minutes with your vehicle.

Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

The open state of the sofas is shown in the photos. The apartment has a separate entrance from the garden floor. You can go from the kitchen to the garden and the garden can be used for meals.
