Romantic countryside house in peacefull setting, surrounded by open fields. The house is from 1852, and locally known as Sypigehuset (Sewing maiden house). The renovation has been done with respect for traditions, and it has plenty of atmosphere. It just had a new thatched roof in june 24. You can enjoy the rustic atmosphere and the foodforest garden. The local beach is awesome(5 km) . Shopping oportunities and few dining places is also 5 km away. A perfect place for a cozy family time.

We are located close to forest and beach meadows, 300 m from the lovely beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbour, and from the unique dining place Falsled Kro. We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running and biking. The archipelago path starts at Falsled Havn.

Log house! saw a real cottage/summer house, where it exudes grandma coziness! No TV , but lots of books and games. (there's good 4G connection). It is cozy when the stove is lit, the house can also be heated with the heat pump, heating can be started before arrival. With 200 meters down to Fønsvig, where there is a beach., as well as a small bathing jetty where you can just grab a morning dip. If you are fishing, you go out and catch plaice or other fish species.

Lovely house, lovely surroundings. Charlotte was sweet and responsive. We had a great time and really much with a September sunny weekend in this oasis. The immediate area is beautiful and with lots of activities, but we didn't really need anything else a BBQ, the garden, the lake and the animals in the fold

We found everything we needed in the house, enjoyed the view on the lake and the birds and felt at home. Our 4 children liked their spacious bedroom as well. Bente explained everything and was very helpful. The surrounding area is nice for cycling and nice coastal towns are 15 minutes (Assens) - 30 minutes (Faaborg) driving by car. I would recommend it to families!

We had a very nice summer holiday at the property. Everything was there, even washing powder and dishwasher tabs. The home has impressed with its architecture and special decor charm. We felt welcome and very comfortable from the first moment. We would just like to have a storage space for our clothes, as the two existing cabinets were mostly occupied by the landlady's belongings. By bike you can reach the small beach section in about 10 minutes, in about 20 minutes you are in Assens by bike. You can do beautiful and varied activities from the resort, some of the material is available in the accommodation. We enjoyed the tranquility very much, only the exotic birds from the neighboring house were constantly cheerful and loud singing, so you could be woken up in the morning. The communication with the landlady went smoothly and very nicely.

Really lovely spacious home in quiet surroundings. Very flexible and wonderful that there is everything there (garbage bags, salt/pepper, toilet paper, bed linen, towels, etc.), we used it as a middle stop in connection with other arrangement, so nice not to have to remember to bring a whole lot and very flexible check-in. Highly recommend.

it was very easy to find the house, which was located in a quiet neighborhood and had a lovely view and sheltered garden. we thought the place was bigger than what the pictures gave the impression of, same with patio and garden. it was walking distance to shop and a great playground, there was also football and tennis opportunities nearby. it was a great beach that Poul recommended, it was only a short drive away. We were 4 adults and 4 children who cost us a lot here and can recommend both house and host😊

Dorothe’s place was perfect for our family of three adults and one child. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals with groceries purchased at the nearby market. There was plenty of space to relax and unwind for our six night stay and we felt very safe and comfortable. We traveled to Odense from the USA and needed flexible hours. Dorothe was very accommodating. We would love to stay there again.
