The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with lounge and TV. For a third person, there is a full bed in the living room. There is an equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave and dining table. There is a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

This small shed in our yard Hofstede de Boetselaer used to be a "COOL"cell for young potato plants. We have converted it into a 'COOL' cottage to come and enjoy among the fields and on the West Zeeuws Vlaamse coast. For those looking for nature, privacy, minimal distractions, and tranquility. The garden is visited by many birds, from small to large. From the buzzard to the little goldcrest and lots in between. With two separate bathrooms a plus for two couples/friends, family.

"The old meule" was built in 1877, which we turned into a cozy bed and breakfast. Completely in style, equipped with kitchen incl. oven, induction cooking plate, fridge and dishwasher, 3 bedrooms ( 1 equipped with sink and circulation of the mill), shower incl. rain shower, separate toilet, smart TV and WiFi available. From here, you can discover the natural landscape of "Het Meetjesland" on foot or by bike. Or, you can take public transportation to Ghent and Bruges. The sea is also very close! Welcome!
