The horses and sheep come every now and then to see what you are doing, but that will not disturb your privacy. Luxury "camping" with the convenience of (green) electricity, hot and cold water, outdoor shower, good mattresses, campfire, small but complete kitchenette. In the heart of the Meetjesland, more specifically in Bassevelde, you will find the Holiday home Patrick. If you love silence and nature, this region is definitely worth it! Creeks, polders, forests and meadows are all around here. The place for a hike or enjoyable bike ride. The Dutch border is nearby; Cadzand, Breskens and Sluis are on an arch of Bassevelde. Electric charging of a car is possible via a normal outlet at 40 cents/kWh.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Check-in on Saturday and Sunday at 3 p.m. Check-in from Monday to Friday from 6 p.m. Check out at noon the next day. On the day of check-in, you can already use our parking, bicycles and luggage drop from noon. Saturday & Sunday check-in: 3 p.m. check-out at 11 a.m.
