House vacation rentals in Asprovalta

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

Tilemachos' place was just what we were looking for. We came during offseason so we could have some peace and this place is just perfect for it. it was spot clean, super quiet, very cosy and we could just relax on the pool or on the couch. The only important thing you have to have for this place is a car, cause otherwise you cannot reach it and grocery shopping is impossible.

We were only there for 14 days but it was very nice, everything was as described, simply excellent. I would be happy to come back.👍☀️😎 Weiss family, Blühberger family

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

We had a wonderful time in this house. Everything was perfect and the pool is really fantastic. Zef and Anastasiia were perfect hosts. We would recommend this house to anyone!!

The house is great, especially the bbq area. We were 6 adults, 3 kids, and one dog. Inside, it was clean and tidy. As a disadvantage I can say that one bed in the one bedroom which is too small for two people and it would be possible to put a bigger one. Also that there is one toilet and the lack of a dishwasher causes inconvenience. The host was very helpful and responded quickly!

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. We had a wonderful stay at Stavroula's house in early May, outside the busy tourist season. The location is peaceful and within walking distance of Asprovalta beach – about 15 minutes on foot or just 4 minutes by car. The house is lovely and cozy, equipped with everything you might need for both a short or longer stay. It really feels like a home away from home. It's also a great spot for remote work – quiet surroundings, reliable internet, and a comfortable setup. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing anything we needed. There are local shops in the village where you can buy groceries and cook at home, and there are also restaurants nearby. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return to the same house.

One of our favourite rentals ever. A lovely peaceful atmosphere - the garden and balcony are both wonderful places to sit. Very comfortable bed. The walk down into town is easy and the house is only a couple of minutes from a village square with a restaurant and bar. Evangelos and Katrina left us honey that they they had made themselves and it was the best we had ever tasted! We went in early April so things were just starting to open up - great weather and plenty of empty beaches with swimmable sea.

We absolutely loved Niki's house! The sea view is stunning and the quiet wave-sound is so relaxing.. The house was spotless clean, Niki and Pantelis were extremely kind and warm - we could feel their loving intention even with our language barrier. Anna, their daughter was very kind and responsive in perfect English in writing whenever needed. Pyrgadikia is the cutest village with small cafes, restaurants and marina, with the sweetest atmosphere only 5 minutes away. The house is located in a strategic point, close to the roads to both sides of Sithonia and was very comfortable to thoroughly explore all around it. I highly recommend!!

A lovely place to stay! Its very close to a sandy beach and there are lots of places to eat nearby. The house is very cosy and has all the amenities you need. Barbara is very helpful indeed and was always on hand if I had any questions. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. There are some amazing beaches to explore on this peninsula. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Into’s place. Villa was exactly like at the photos, and the location is perfect for a group of people - there is no noise of other people and cars and meanwhile its near the centre and close to Serres circuit by car. There is enough space to park in front of the house. Communication with the host is extremely easy, and Souzana is really kind and responsive. We didn’t have the chance to enjoy the amazing terrace because of the weather, but in the summer we definitely think that it will be a really nice to spend the evenings on it. If you are travelling with baby villa is equipped with high chair, baby crib (not standard size, a little bit smaller than usual), and blackout blinds. We recommend the place.

This is a wonderful place for those who like peace and privacy. A charming villa surrounded by greenery. Spacious, comfortable, every detail is thought out. Very caring and discreet hostess. The kitchen had everything: oil, salt, spices, even water, wine, beer and lemonade for the kids! Perfect!

Excellent host: VERY responsive, very open and friendly, helped us to check-in at 4:00 am (insane time...) and also allowed us a later check-out, taking a shower before heading to the airport. The place is large and clean, very quiet but close to the center, restaurants and coffee shops. Ideal for travelers like us. Thank you, Eleni.

great location to stay near the festival. Reasonable price and host who helped us promptly when the toilet of one of the bathrooms got clogged. Furnished and complete kitchen for any eventuality.

Everything was great, very calm and relaxing stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Paleokastro! It’s such a peaceful and authentic place — waking up to birdsong and hearing nightingales at night was pure magic. Debby, the owner, is very very kind and even brought us some delicious local treats. Her daughter Asthasia welcomed us warmly, gave us a lovely tour, and shared great tips for local beaches, supermarkets, and tavernas. They really made us feel at home. The house is simple but very tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and we especially enjoyed the private barbecue area — perfect for relaxed evenings outside. The only very small thing we noticed was that it would be nice if the showerhead could hang, but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. We left feeling completely relaxed and full of good memories. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Great location. Stores nearby, great resturants reachable by car or long walk. Paolo's place is suitable for 2 adults with 2 kids with no big expectations for lux. More like vilage experience.

Yannis's villa is absolutely gorgeous, it consists of 2 flats on 2 floors, both with outdoor terrace, in a very peaceful area of Aprovalta. A lot of space, 2 toilets & showers and 2 kitchenettes, which works great for a big group of people, very clean and with everything we needed. Yannis is a great host, very responsive and helpful, and he even left us ice creams in the freezer, so sweet! We recommend this accomodation without any doubt, we truly had a wonderful time. THANK YOU :)

We stayed at Kalli's place for a month with our 7 years-old son and we had a great time. The area is all green and peaceful, only a few minutes away from the beaches by car, the upper terrace has a full view of the coast and our hosts provided us with everything we needed and great tips about where to visit in the surrounding area. The farm house is really well taken care of, all the animals are lovely and friendly, and our son was very happy to be there. I highly recommend this place, and would like to thank them once more for the wonderful vacation we had there. Definitely returning back next year!
