The Olive Garden Apartment is located in the village of Gavalochori and offers stunning views of the White Mountains and the beautiful Cretan countryside, where you can enjoy the sound of birdsong and cicadas. The Northern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a large outdoor yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

A short walk from downtown Kalyves, but far removed from the hustle and bustle of the town of Kalyves. Several good places to eat, with some services such as medical and a pharmacy, a couple small markets with enough provisions. The location had absolutely amazing views of the bay of Souda, very private and quiet. The property is secured by an electric gate, to keep wandering tourists away, in that this accommodation appears historical in nature, maybe all that’s left of an old kastelli, based on the rock walls. I could be wrong, but I would guess that the actual accommodation is what used to be the powder magazine for the old fort. We enjoyed the place immensely.

Wunderschöne, romantische Villa- Wir haben im Mai eine wunderbare Woche in diesem renovierten und hübsch gestalteten alten Haus verbracht. Besonders genossen haben wir die fantastische Aussicht von der Terrasse auf das Meer und den kleinen Ort Almyrida. Dieser ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Strand in der Bucht ist sehr malerisch. Die Kommunikation mit Patty und Michael war sehr angenehm. Insgesamt können wir das Haus sehr empfehlen.

This was a family vacation for us. We had an opportunity to stay for the entire month of April. How lucky is that. Once we got to the village my GPS couldn’t find the property and Antonis met us and took us to the property. The home was as described. It was very nice and perfect size. The beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby. The primary bedroom and bath are a good size. Both additional bedrooms are a good size as well. The outside has a nice table that seats 6 and 4 lounge chairs. I would recommend this home and if I come back to this village I would rent it again.

House is utterly charming and authentically Greek village style atmosphere. Private entry courtyard is lovely with garden. Felt very at home and cozy with everything I needed. And so close to town! Dimitrios was very helpful. Even had yoga mat!

We had the perfect stay at Villa Avrilla and Dimitris is a friendly and responsive host who helpfully navigated our complicated check in and check out requests. The Villa is very well equipped and stylish just like the photos and with plenty of lovely outdoor spaces and a great pool. The beds and showers are of high quality. A lovely welcome hamper and a bottle of wine was really appreciated. The location is fantastic, feeling very private but with shops, tavernas and a great beach just a stroll away. We would definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending to other guests.
