On the same street is the theater mill and small cozy shops (retro lamps, vintage residential interiors and a small butcher shop). Grocery stores 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment. It is not allowed to throw a party in the apartment.

I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.
