During the summer vacation, Östra Färsbadet, a heated leisure pool, is within walking distance. Lövestad Åsar & Skåneleden are also nearby, and you can walk around the cozy village and read the approximately 50 historical signs that are posted on several of the houses in the center. In the village, there is a well-stocked Ica Nära, open from 9 am to 8 pm, and Crown Pizzeria, which also has Indian food.

The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. In Ry, on the threshold of Österlen, you will find this simple but charming guest house in a fantastic location surrounded by pastures and deciduous forest. The guest house has 2 beds and a small kitchenette with a dining area, fridge (freezer), microwave, coffee maker, kettle, glass & porcelain and a charcoal grill. Toilet and shower are located in our house and shared with the host family. You can reach the bathroom via a private entrance in close proximity to the guest house. Bed linens, towels, dishwashing and final cleaning are included in the cleaning fee

The wooden house

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.
