Monthly Rentals in Aspa

An incredibly beautiful house, with a large balcony and a nice lawn with sun hours. Very cozy and nice inside the houses, we rented both houses and were incredibly pleased. Fredrik is a great host who responds quickly and is helpful. Thanks for this time, we will be back :)

We got to know Erik and Isa as a very nice couple. Even on our arrival, they were extremely flexible and responded to messages within minutes. For the first evening, they provided us with small snacks. The apartment is generally very quiet and far off the road, so we always had restful nights. In the evening, a special tranquility returned to the surrounding fields, which could be easily observed from the apartment. On our departure, Erik and Isa showed us their car collection, told us a little about themselves and were interested in what we experienced in Sweden. It was a great week with the two of them!

This was our second time staying at Jacqueline’s place in just 8 months—and it won’t be the last. Tucked away in the middle of the bucolic Swedish forest near Nyköping, it’s honestly the kind of spot you daydream about when you need to escape the city. Cozy, welcoming, and full of warmth, the place gives off that rare “you’re exactly where you’re meant to be” vibe from the moment you arrive. Waking up here is something else. Barely any traffic, just the sounds of nature and the soft light filtering through the trees. Wildlife casually passing by, and the colours of the forest and the grass—it’s peaceful in a way that’s hard to put into words. Jacqueline is a great host, and everything is always clean and ready, just like last time. We’ll definitely be back again.

There are 2 tips for new visitors: 1. One side of the sofa is softer than the other. So you can choose which is better for you. 2. You have to clean the house when you check out.
