Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Aso District

Hide-san is very kind and was there to walk us through every corner of the house. The well-stocked kitchen was very helpful as many restaurants closed early during golden week. On top of that, the toilet and bedding were both clean and comfortable. We drove to Kuju and Aso; distance wise, everything is below 1 hour. We will definitely stay again next time!

Very wonderful and unforgettable experience which totally worth to stay. Cottage is very clean with nice fragrance and music which creates good atmosphere. Recommend to those who like nature, spiritual and peaceful place. Host is very considerate and friendly. He hosts in person when check in and check out. Highly recommend!

Great house in a great location. Instructions for check-in were clear. Host was always responsive on messages if any questions or issues came up. A Family Mart is only a 1 minute walk away, and several restaurants and supermarkets are a few minutes further walk. Aso Jinja (shrine) is close by, along with even more stores and eateries. Surrounded by plenty of forests, camping grounds, hiking trails, shrines and volcanoes. There is always something to see or do around Aso. Even though the house was on a busy road, it was private and relatively quiet due to the layout of the garden out front. Although there is a rooster nearby who will let you know when it's sunrise 😉. Can't waste those hours sleeping when there's sites to be seen. Highly recommended.

Mes hôtes (un couple) ont pendant ces trois jours, tout fait pour que ce séjour soit merveilleux. Ils ont répondu à l'ensemble de mes attentes et souvent très au delà. Pour les bons marcheurs, il est même possible de partir de la maison pour visiter le mont Aso et les autres monts environnants par un très beau chemin dans la montagne au milieu des vaches. Le meilleur petit déjeuner en 3 mois au Japon. Beaucoup de petites attentions bien au-delà de mes attentes. Je reviendrai là si je retourne dans la région. Mille mercis à tous les deux pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et votre aide.

My friends and I were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this house, from the bedrooms and living room to the bathroom and overall layout. We were amazed that the owner had built it himself – it's truly magnificent. Although our stay was brief, just one night, we felt like we wanted to linger longer. Moreover, the barbecue sets were exceptional, and we would love to try of special dishes, a unique fermented food for the next time. The location is ideal, with Aso mountain nearby and a peaceful neighborhood offering breathtaking views. The owner couple were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, making our stay – despite the rain – a thoroughly enjoyable one. We would love to return and stay here again.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in dem Ferienhaus von Shigeki und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch zum Kochen sind alle Utensilien vorhanden. Es gibt wunderbare Balkons, die wir aufgrund der Kürze unseres Aufenthalts gar nicht nutzen konnten, aber das Haus liegt trotz seiner Nähe zum Flughafen in der Natur und es ist nicht laut gewesen. wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten. Shigeki ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

This place was amazing. Better than I expected. So many amenities and a great location and view. Can’t wait to come back.

雪が降る中のグランピングで、正直寒さについての心配があったのですが、ログハウスの中はしっかり暖かくて全く問題ありませんでした。特に入浴後はずっと身体が暖かく、確かにいい温泉が使われているんだなと実感できました。 犬も一緒の滞在でしたが、アメニティが豊富で粗相をすることなく快適に過ごせたようです。 ありがとうございました。
