Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Asnelles

The place was great and Thierry was extremely responsive. We had asked him for a small favour since we wanted to leave our bags somewhere safe and Thierry wholeheartedly let us check in early.

Vincent is a great host. He was very accommodating with our check-in time. He greeted us at the apartment and showed us how everything works. Very responsive to our inquiries. The apartment is less than a 2-minute walk from downtown Bayeux, spacious, and well appointed. I highly recommend this place.

As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

Highly recommend this apartment for a stay in a lovely and quaint town on the beach. The apartment was clean, had lovely decorations and amenities, and the view out the window made us want to stay in and cancel all of our plans to tour the surrounding areas! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and had helpful suggestions to make our stay even better.

To spend a moment together, in a quiet setting with all the charms of Deauville nearby. The apartment is fully equipped. Very well arranged, and ESPECIALLY the view is beautiful without anyone opposite you. Sea view, marina, Trouville. 180-degree view thanks to the beautiful bays. Really a great time. Very nice place in the center of Caen. Everything within walking distance easy to do, for further destinations within Caen there is a tram station right in front of the door. All in all a very nice beautiful place to be if you want to visit the city of Caen.

There is one *major* problem that you will see the moment you enter the property: you will **never** (ever) want to leave. You may even start thinking through how you can leave your day job and move to Port-en-Bessin. The home itself is amazing. The top of our list after over a dozen Airbnbs in the last few years. It's everything they show online... and SO MUCH MORE! It's like living in a Normandy postcard. The house itself is awesome. Amazing. Spotless. Beautifully decorated and appointed. SUPER well equipped. The town is also amazing. It's the perfect home base for exploring the D-Day beaches/sites. Look... you'd be CRAZY not to book this property. So... what are you waiting for? The property and hosts were both excellent, we had a great time visiting an appreciated the private and beautiful location. It is very close to all Normandy historical attractions yet the property is tucked away in a small village that is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and found the hosts to be truly wonderful people. Highly recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised by the little community there and especially the restaurant when we arrived rather late. Our hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. We would definitely rebook.

We had a short but truly lovely stay! A perfect place for our family--we could all spread out a bit after a week sharing hotel rooms. Loved the location--the views were charming. Proximity to Bayeux was excellent--less than a five minute drive to the town center parking lots. Very clean, clear instructions, and thoughtfully stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook!). We'd definitely return. Thank you for a great stop on our road trip.

This is THE MOST amazing location. Pictures do not do this place justice. It felt like we were staying in a Jane Austen novel. Christian and his wife were the sweetest, most patient and helpful hosts. The place was SPOTLESS, the atmosphere was completely idyllic. It was better than expected, we couldn't believe it when we arrived. This was the true, original kind of Airbnb experience. Personal, comfortable, local. Do not hesitate to book. We wanted to just stay and rest and hang out here for a week. Christian went above and beyond to help us when we had some issues with our car. They stopped by to say goodbye and see us off. It will be our favorite memory from our trip .

Great location if you are driving and want to visit the Normandy beaches. The house is exceptional and the kitchen facilities are superb. Will definitely be back.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of space for everyone, with comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. We all felt very much at home and were sad to leave! This house is a 10/10 and we highly recommend staying here if in the area to see Omaha Beach, the American cemetery, and the beautiful French countryside. We hope to return!

We had a great time at this amazing house where you immediately feel good thanks to the welcome and responsiveness of our host. These few days spent with family will be unforgettable and the services offered are certainly something! And what about those wonderful sunsets seen from the sofa! We spent one perfect week at Mathieu’s place and had an absolutely terrific experience! If you’re looking for an apartment in Bayeux, this is where you want to stay, hands down. The location is perfectly situated for walking to shops, markets, and cafes in the old town center and is also centrally-located for exploring the Normandy area. The apartment is inviting, peaceful, and clean with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoy livable locations where we can hear the church bells ring, and this was no exception at Mathieu’s place since the cathedral is just down the street (with a stunning view from the family room window). The bells add to the ambiance and experience, and fear not for they don’t ring through the night so your sleep isn’t interrupted. Only good things to say about this place!

We are two Quebec couples who wanted to visit the landing beaches and its museums. The apartment met our expectations very well: it is very well located (25 minutes' walk from the Juno Beach Museum, in particular), in a quiet area. The apartment as such is really comfortable, very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. The bed and sofa bed are perfect, we all slept very well! Thanks Valerie and Manuel for this exceptional stay!
