Bathroom with ladder or beach just below. Close to Smögenbryggan, Kungshamn, Hunnebostrand, Nordens Ark, Sotenäs Gk and everything else nice in Sotenäs. Large terrace with dining area, barbecue and two relaxation chairs. Completely newly built kitchen and bathroom. Sofa bed with room for two. Bedlinen and towels are included. (Not weekends before Midsummer). Cleaning is done by tenant.

Small but well planned appartment perfect for two people. Just one room but it is devided in two parts. One with a big bed 140 cm wide, a smartTV, and some storage and readinglamps. The other part is a kitchen with one small inductionplatter, a coffebrewer, a kettle, a fridge and a sink. 100 meter till hav och bad i lilla fiskeläget Väjern. Havsutsikt från balkongen med fantastisk utsikt. 2-3 km promenad till Kungshamn och Smögen via fina motionsspår eller längs kustvägen. Busshållplats utanför dörren men också gång- och cykelbana. Badhus med gym om vädret är lite sämre tvärs över gatan. Båt- och kajakuthyrning också det tvärs över gatan. Golf, tennis, padel, wakeboard, vandringsleder och mycket annat inom tio minuters avstånd.
